- I have a mix of books--theory, technical, and a few books for the simple joy of reading.
- About Me
- Assistant Professor of English at the University of Alaska Anchorage. My areas of specialization are Computers & Writing and Kenneth Burke. I am particularly interested in the ways computer-mediated communication styles affect how we identify, persuade, and/or argue with one another.
In my free time, I am a computer-geek--constantly installing and tinkering with a wide variety of software. I especially appreciate open-source work both for the spirit of such communities and for the potential modifications such thinking may bring to writing instruction and pedagogy. - Location
