Currently, the most interesting thing about my library is that it is slowly morphing from a student's collection of book into a scholar's library. I hope that doesn't sound pretentious...I simply mean that it is morphing from an extraordinarily eclectic collection mandated by the needs of coursework into a more focused collection mandated by my own interests. In addition, my library contains an alarming number of books that I've not yet read. This greatly saddens me!

I am a third year PhD Student in English Literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My research interests include nineteenth and twentieth century literature as well as digital cultures and the history of technology.
