These are only a few books in my modest collection. I'm a bibliophile and this list consists of books I have either read or am looking forward to reading in the near future. I don't have any recent additions, which is good because I have at least 95 books I have to catch up on.

I graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in communications. I have been writing about and studying African-American womanhood, television and film with an emphasis on music video and history for nearly ten years as both editor of the Xavier Herald and later as a graduate student.
