About My Library: I have hundreds of books in bookcases scattered all over my house and in closets. My prized ones are the leather- bound ones from Easton Press, the slip-cased ones from Folio, and the signed editions from various authors I've been privileged to meet. I'm in Library Thing to find out exactly how many I have. It's going to take a while.
About Me: I worked as a Branch Manager of a mid-size public library in a 13-branch system in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. I retired in March after 29 years and am doing some scribbling in the hopes of being published someday, mainly mystery short stories. I received a master's degree in English from McNeese S.U. in 2004, and now audit classes there from time to time since senior citizens can attend free.
