Since reading Stieg Larsson I have become addicted to Scandinavian crime fiction. My favourite is probably Henning Mankell but I have enjoyed many others - especially Indridason, Theore and Roslund & Hellstrom.

Before that I was reading and re-reading the classics - the Brontes, Jane Austen, Henry James.In my younger days my favourite was Doris Lessing. I am sure there are many other favourites I have forgotten for the moment!

I enjoy reading and making art. I also have more recently discovered that I actually enjoy exercise too - especially Pilates. I am a retired school teacher - Visual Arts was my main subject.
