- Eh (1), wait for the movie. (1), A solid thesis. Great read (1), Hem never wanted the Nick Adams stories to be presented this way (1), but I think that they work well together and give a nice story arc to this recurring character. (1), This is currently my favorite book. You already know how it will end (1), but you still want to root for Julian's success. (1), A thorough overview of the history of monotheism and its conflict with polytheism. (1), I don't think that the authors' approach is as revolutionary as some would have you believe. Nonetheless (1), its an interesting set of articles. (1), The author's overview of the history of the article is thorough and engaging. However (1), the rest of the book is a boring account of the rediscovery of the temple at Delphi. His conclusion about the oracles' abilities is laughable and embarassing. (1), It reads like a practice novel for Kafka. Even though he leaves a few loose ends (1), it's still good for Murakami fans. (1)
