- I am an architect and live on Cape Cod Massachusetts. I read non fiction mostly- history is high on the list. Having lived and worked in Europe and the eastern Mediteranean, my favourite subjects include ancient Greece and Rome, Byzantium, Macedonia, Bulgaria, modern Greece, Italy, Islam, and the Mid East (including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain).
