About My Library
My library on librarything.com really needs updating. I have thousands of books but little time/inclination to put them all up on here. Still, no hurry, eh?
About Me
I'm an anarchist punk rock librarian, or so my mates would have you believe. Little do they know i'm actually a dangerous monster from another planet with an evil intention and ulterior motives, but aren't we all?

Currently out of work, i'm studying part-time for my MA in library & information studies. I'm particularly interested in services for excluded children/young people, adults with mental health issues, immigrants, prisoners and ex-cons.

It's now Dissertation Summer, so i'm under pressure and even more bonkers than usual. I'm working on poetry and mental wellbeing. It's probably of more interest to me than anyone else, but if you're curious, just ask.

Other than books, i'm into social anarchism, music (especially punk, queer punk, riot grrrl, alt. country, bhangra, dub, some older indie, carnatic music and more; i also play in a punk band), politics & current affairs, anarchism, feminism, mental health issues, Mad Pride, queer issues, revolutions, radical history, listening to radio 4, languages, long walks, vegetarian/vegan stuff, watching films, reading blogs, zines, DIY, DIY culture, writing, breakdancing, butterflies, museums and galleries...

I get bored of listing things, but if you're interested just ask.
