My library is an eclectic collection of fiction and nonfiction. Though I haven't counted recently, I suspect that it's heavily weighted toward history and geography. In recent years, I've added quite a few mysteries as well as a fair smattering of YA novels.

I have been a book lover all my life. I have kept a reading journal for years, and I enjoy attending author events at bookstores and libraries. Finding books that other people are looking for gives me a lot of pleasure, which probably explains why I decided to become a librarian.
