The books in the library are mostly the result of donations from library sales and overstocks of a generous librarian in Oregon. A large majority of the original books entered into this list are on loan to the Grays River Valley Library.

The Gray's River Library is a volunteer-run library now starting up in the "old school" building of Johnson Park, in Rosburg, Washington. The library accepts donations of quality new, remaindered, and used books.
