About My Library: Having just moved into my new home, I am both frustrated and quite pleased by my personal library. Frustrated because only about half my library has been unpacked, and pleased to be finding or rediscovering such great old friends as I catalog and organize the library.
About Me: A confirmed bibliophile, I've been reading and collecting books as long as I can remember. In grad school, I would astound my peers by spending breaks reading what I wanted instead of escaping from all the reading during class sessions. I pursued and earned a PhD in French Literature because I love to read. I also came to realize that loving to read and studying literature are antithetical. Now that I've retired from The University of Montana, I am free to spend as much time reading as I want.
