About My Library: GOAT is a small nonprofit, cataloguing material that has information about DIY (Do it Yourself) assistive tech. For example, how to solder simple switches to control electronic devices; woodworking to create small aids to daily living or rehab devices like standing frames; metalworking, engineering, sewing or other fabrication. We include low tech devices, hardware, electronics, and software, as well as complicated projects like open source wheelchair designs!
