I am an Historic Cook, specializing in Open Hearth, Bake Oven, and Wood Cookstove cookery (1825-1925), who gives workshops and demonstrations at living history museums in the Northeast United States. I also lecture on topics of culinary history including the whereabouts of Amelia Simmons.
