Retired languages and literature teacher and education and civil service administrator. Married, with two adult sons. Interests include literature, linguistics, history, politics, current affairs, education, art, music, theatre, cinema, photography and sports, particularly, football, golf, tennis, squash, badminton and padel. Also love travelling and driving.
