PlaneTree Health Information Center opened in October, 2011. The Center is a partnership between Santa Clara County Library District and PlaneTree.

PlaneTree has provided health information to the public in two prior locations since opening in 1989. An independent, nonprofit community service, PlaneTree relies on contributions from patrons, community members, and organizations. We also appreciate the support of our dedicated volunteers.
