My book rule:
Turn me on, make me laugh, make me melt. Do not break my heart.

Overall, my tastes are pretty eclectic within M/M., but I prefer HEAs, or at least HFNs, and I don't like to cry when I read. I like sweet books that aren't too sugary, but I also like a little perviness, bonus points for well written dirty talk. One of my biggest pet peeves is miscommunication that should have been resolved a lot faster or shouldn't have happened in the first place.

My reviews are mostly for my own records to help me remember what I thought of a book, but I hope others can find them useful. I tend to be more emotional than analytical, and the characters make or break the story for me. If I love the characters, I can forgive poor writing, but if I don't care for the characters, even good writing won't save that story for me.

Warning: I don't always know the right words to describe what I mean and I will say "I loved this book" or "I really liked this book" a lot.
