A lot of my books are older than me. Why pay lots of money for a new book when you can get a really old second-hand copy, or even a first edition, for less? Old books have so much more character.

I think my library describes me pretty well! What else? I love second-hand bookshops. I have written three novels thanks to NaNoWriMo (and of course they are all dreadfully amateur). I was a complete bookworm at primary school, but since then I've tended to read in spurts, then nothing for a few years. One of my favourite authors is my dad.
