My hobbies are reflected in my reading, most notably, bicycling. I enjoy reading mysteries with a strong sense of place. World War II has always been of great interest to me as well as travel.

I am a retired middle school librarian who now has time to read all the adult books I want. My main hobby is bicycling and I hope to have 5000 miles in the saddle every year. I bought a touring bike and have done some loaded touring.

I am a heavy user of the public library since I can't afford to buy books like when I was working. I do buy used books from local public library sales. I enjoy entering books into Library Thing and probably spend too much time doing it.

I love to read to my twin grandaughters and watch their love of books and reading grow. They were so excited to get their own library cards.
