I have an eclectic reading range from contemporary European writing through to Latin American magical realism. I like science fiction, crime writing and some historical fiction. I have a special interest in late twentieth century Scottish fiction, North American women crime writers and contemporary British West Country writers

I'm the web & PR officer for Plymouth Business School. I have worked in the book trade setting up the bookshops in Virgin outlets in the UK in the late 70's & early 80's. I live in Devon and enjoy walking, cooking, local history, Sailing, body boarding, cycling, Hill & coast walking, European cinema and traveling in France & North Africa.
