• This book gives young readers a chance to see how plants grow. This book is aimed for pre-k through 2nd grade students. The pictures are very large and so is the print. Sentences are very short and use basic words. The process of how gardens grow is explained very well, readers also learn about what else is in the garden, bugs. The pictures follow the story but also have labels on parts to teach reads about individual pieces of a plant or the names of different creatures.
