This is a VERY GOOD Book.... I can honestly say I am not into the UFC Scene. The story behind who she is as a person and why speaks volumes. ( )

I don't know what drew me in to this book initially, but I think this might be the book that sticks with me in 2016. First, it's a book that told me a lot of what I need to hear right now. Second, it taught me too care about things I don't understand. I feel life this book opened me up to exploring new ideas and listening to the ideas others put forth with greater respect. Finally, and ultimately, it reinforces what I feel about proving people wrong being the best form of revenge. ( )

This is an awesome book for anyone who is a fan of Ronda Rousey. Her incredible journey to the top was met with heartbreak, hard training and struggle. After reading this book, you will see how she became the champion that she is. A lot of F-Bombs but that's the world of the MMA and UFC. ( )

I wouldn't call this book the highest literature, exactly, but it is a very interesting look at one of the most powerful fighters in the UFC today [man or woman]. Comparing this book to George St. Pierre's recent book is a study in contrasts - GSP is all about crafting the brand. Rousey is all about giving you a peek under the tent, warts and all. From stories about her smelly car to childhood fights to her family life this book was a fascinating - if quick - read. ( )
