Artemis Fowl is one of my all time favourite books, it is the first book of the Artemis Fowl series. With his dad missing and his mum in an incredibly ill state, Artemis Fowl has dedicated his life to restoring his former labelled billionaire family's riches. This book is very gripping and I found that the character of Artemis is very interesting, the mixture of a 12 year old boy with a criminal mastermind's mind made this story very unique. The book was very gripping and I really like the little bit of humour it had in it and the connections the characters had.
