Although Dated... The text is a quick read and offers a decent view on what it is to be a Board Member in the Church of the Nazarene. I would suggest this text (although out of print) for church planters who are preparing to start their own boards. Most Pastors don't have experience being on boards, and if they do it is limited. As soon as your are licensed you are off the board or leading it. This is also good for laity who want to know more!
