This book is exactly as it says on the cover Hunting for Hidden Gold. This book has a mix of all the normal characters of the series and some new people. While searching for some notorious criminals who recently were involved in a payroll robbery the boys (Frank and Joe) experience some difficulties. The boys bring along their most trustworthy friend Chet. The boys are put on the case since their father is hurt and is unable to proceed. The boys head to Montana to solve the case for their father. Unfortunately, they are unaware of the dangers awaiting their arrival.

This book is personally one of my favorites. It has action, adventure, and mystery all in one book. I recommend this book for the ages of 9 and up. My personal favorite chapter where a ginormous boulder comes rolling down a hill narrowly missing the boys hardy. This book is the perfect blend of genres. This is a good book for kids going into preteen ages or teen ages. I loved this book from the beginning and I can't wait to read the rest of this series.
This book is another exciting adventure of the boys Hardy. The Hardy Boys (Frank and Joe) want to follow in the footsteps of their father. In this mystery, Mr. Prito the father of Tony Prito is building a bridge in Kentucky. Unfortunately, the bridge is continuously being sabotaged. So, in order to do Mr. Prito a favor Frank, Joe, Chet, Tony, Biff, and Phil are going undercover to figure out who is sabotaging the build. Unfortunately, the boys experience difficulties along the way. In the end, the boys solve the mystery with the help of two kids.
I got this book for my birthday from my grandfather. My grandfather and father loved these books so I decided to read one. Then I read another and another and so on. I loved this series I couldn't stop reading the books. I love this series so much it's my favorite genre. A mix of action and mystery is a dynamic duo. I give this book a 5 star because I loved how it had more than one perspective it involved all the boys. I personally recommend this book for ages 9 and up.
This book is based on the brave soldiers that put their life at risk for the sake of fallen comrades. These soldiers have achieved these awards through blood and sweat. Without these soldiers, our country won't of been as successful as it's now. The first soldier in the spotlight is Sergeant Scott Montoya. At the age of thirty-three and going five times into the kill zone to retrieve fallen comrades. He also ran into the kill zone again to retrieve some injured civilians. He has earned this medal in every way possible. Along with his Navy Cross, he was awarded he earned the Naval Achievement Medal for training eight hundred and fifty marines martial arts.
This book is very fun to read with all the action and real life situations. These Marines deserved these medals for either protecting fallen or injured comrades or saving their life so they could go back to their families. I personally like corpsman the most because they are one of the few people that risk their lives to save other soldiers, enemy or comrades. The reason I gave this book a 5 star was because I love military and history they're the dynamic duo. I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait to read more of this series. This book involved so much sacrifice for the heroes and for the wounded. I am so grateful to have these men and women as my heroes. I highly recommend for kids at the age of 10 and up to read this.
This book is based upon the Lewis and Clark Expedition. The Lewis and Clark Expedition took place in 1804 after the Louisiana Purchase. It was a group of people set out to map the terrain of the louisiana territory. They set out with 59 people and a dog by the time they got their they had 33 people and a dog. Their journey was a treacherous one but little did they know that they helped shape our future. Their journey home was split so they increased their chance of at least some people returning. Surprisingly only one person died the rest either got separated from the rest or gave up.

The Lewis and Clark Expedition was an expedition that changed history as we know it. This book was very educational and it teaches you a few things about american history. I recommend for ages nine and up to read this. History is one of my favorite genres to read and this really taught me some things. I liked this book it was a fun thing to keep me entertained. I gave this book a four star because it's is a fun book to read but I feel like the book could use a little more excitement. Other than that this was a fascinating book.
This book is solely based upon the adventures of Joe & Frank Hardy sons of Fenton Hardy. While at a carnival searching for pickpockets. Something valuable is stolen from them. Some of the workers at the carnival as the boys notice have strange whale tattoos. The boys & their friends Chet, Tony, and Biff start of on another case. Unaware of the dangers that await them. The end outcome is extraordinary & I cant wait to read more of these books

This book was my second I've read in this series & I was so astonished at this mystery. I would recommend for the years eight & up to read this. This type of genre is my favorite because it's a mix of action and mystery. Everything is unexpected. This book was so much fun to read & the end outcome was fascinating with them finding the whale & all that good stuff. Probably if I could be either Frank or Joe I would be Frank. I cant wait to read more of this series.
This book was probably my favorite in this series. It was really fun to read this book about the Hardy Boys & their loyal friend Chet. This story is about the encounters the Hardy Boys (Joe and Frank) have while trying to unveil the mystery in the haunted fort owned by the French at one point. Unfortunately the English attack the fort and left it in ruins unaware of the treasures inside. Eventually Chet (the Hardy Boys friend) gets a letter from his uncle to come to his art school to solve a mystery. Unable to pass up the deal the Hardy Boys race to Chet's uncle to help him out. When the Hardy Boys arrive they are instantly put into action as their car starts to roll down the hill and almost hits someone.

I personally like this series for all the action & mystery it has in it. It was so much fun to read & I recommend for all children to read at least one of these books. My age recommendation would be for eight years and up. This was so much fun to read & I was kept on the edge of my seat or in confusion about how they solved it out. Other then that this book was making me wish I was one of them. In the end outcome I was completely amazed and I just couldn't get it through my head. This book was so amazing and I can't wait to read more of this series.
This book is based upon Max and her " flock " include Fang, Total, Nudge, Angel, and Gazzy (sorry if I missed one if I did). All of them except total are 98% human and 2% bird and yes they can fly. Total is human and dog and bird in the end he grows his wings. The uber-director is out to get them. Then one day a scientist flies them to a ship called the Wendy.K which she and a bunch of other people were using to prove that global warming was a bad thing. So max and her flock go with them to save the world and they go to Antarctica. When they get there they are surrounded by white. Through the days max and her flock help the scientists with their work until one of the scientists is attacked by a leopard seal and they find out she is a robot. That is all I will say but read the book and you can find out what happens.

This book was so good and I love how its action and a love story. Max is a stubborn teenager, but then she was pretty much turned into a bird. She has a hard time believing in other people. I feel like that some times doesn't everyone. I think this book was very entertaining and it kept me on the edge of my seat half the time. If I could change one thing in this book it probably be that I would have two other people who are just like human and leopard or something like that. Other than that it was fun to read and I enjoy reading books such as this.

This book is an exclusive look into some of the most used planes to help support marines on the battlefield. The book talks about Harriers and Hornets. It talks about there weapons, design, equipment, and what the pilots have to do. The most efficient thing about harriers in my opinion is that they can land vertically like a helicopter. Hornets are fast planes and can fly up to 1,290 miles per hour. The harries are equipped with machine guns, bombs, and missiles. Hornets are equipped with machine guns, missiles, bombs, and extra fuel for long flights of scout missions. The pilots must be highly trained and they have to be able to fly fast without blacking-out and they have to kn ow how to fire the guns.

This is a very educational book and teaches you some cool things about planes. I think the coolest plane is the harrier. I mean seriously landing like a helicopter that's cool. They could also fly low and assist the troops by firing the machine guns. This book explains it all and if your looking for a book for your child who is interested in planes I highly suggest this book. Its entertaining and fun to read. The pictures are very precise and it makes the book fun for smaller kids to read.
The main characters of this book are Meira, Mather, Ceridwen, and Jesse. Meira and Mather are from winter which was taken over by Angra and Cordell and they are secretly in love but when Meira has to sacrifice herself to save everyone Mather reveals that he loves her. Ceridwen is from summer and Jesse is from Ventralli they are in love with each other but Ceridwen is upset with him for marring another women for years and then he divorced to get married to Ceridwen. Meira goes to Paisly to learn how to fight against Angra but she learns that you can only use defense without feeding the decay. They all meet up in Autumn and devise a plan to defeat Angra and destroy magic. In the end they all survive even Meira and all of Primoria signs a peace treaty to help rebuild the world.

This book was so much fun to read and I really enjoyed it. I recommend reading this at the age of twelve and up for somethings in this book might give younger kids a image that will scare them for a while. Other than that this book was super fun to read and if she would make a book where magic returns to fight back against the land of Primoria I would definitely read it. The reason I loved this book was because of the two love stories involved in this book and the epic battles fought. The best part of this book in my opinion was the last battle where Ceridwen had been pumped full of the decay but she still fought and eventually killed Raelyn (Jesse ex wife). I probably stayed up till 10:30 reading this show more book on school nights. If I could of changed one thing in the book it probably would be to include Rares and Oana more in the book cause they only helped train Meira and they came in the last battle to help with the Order of the lust-rate. Other than that this book was very interesting to read. show less
