Meet Prince Caspian, a boy who has become intrigued in stories of Old Narnia from his nurse. Where beasts can run and talk freely. He lives in the royal castle, where the current king strictly forbids talk about Old Narnia from the kingdoms backstory. The four Penvensies are transported to Narnia once again by Susan's own magic horn. It turns out that the beasts and men are in war, and the children are needed to help. Will the great land of Talking Beasts be restored to its glory? Or will the cruel men stay in reign? Read and find out. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, as fantasy being my favorite genre and the four children we're back. I was fine with Shasta in the last book, but it is definetly good to have the original children back. I reccomend this book to everyone, as it was a great read and i couldn't put it down.
Shasta, a poor boy living with his father on the seashore. He rarely goes to the market in town, usually he stays at home to do chores. In the beginning, he finds out that a rich man wants to buy him away from his father, who he dosn't connect with much. He meets Bree, a talking horse who longs to return to Narnia. On their way they find new friends like Aravis, but many problems concerning the Empire located next to them. Will they make it to Narnia with deathly news? Or will the Empire have something to say about it? Read and find out. I really enjoyed this book, since i think the author used great detail to grab the attention of readers. It uses skills and synonmys of common words to make you want to read more. Overall, i think it is a very good book. I reccomend it to anyone who wont have trouble reading it, if they like the fantasy genre, or if they enjoyed the previous Chronicles of Narnia books.
In The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, Lucy is a young girl whos curious and has a bright personality. In the story, the four children discover the world of Narnia, currently in an endless winter of snowy trees and cold. At the start, Lucy found her way into the world of Narnia, then Edmund, then eventually Susan and Peter. The White Witch has put the land of Narnia in an endless winter, and the only way to stop it is with the Children. Will the children bring back beauty to the land? Or will they fail to the Witch's power? Read and find out. I really enjoyed reading this book, since it had a great storyline, vivid descriptions, and it was a real page turner. I reccomend this book to anyone that can understand and enjoy it well. My brother and sister are currently reading it, and i hope more people do too.
(Spoiler Alert!!) Catching Fire is an absolutely amazing book, with Katniss Everdeen, a teenage girl who miraculously made it out of the 74th annual Hunger Games. She lives in District Twelve, a district that the Capitol pays very little attention to, focusing on coal mining. In the beginning, she is on a victory tour celebrating her victory from the Hunger Games. But soon, there are rebellious thoughts, and the terrible Quarter Quell of the 75th annual Hunger Games will put her in danger. Will she survive the terrors of her new life? Find out and read this stunning book. I loved this because Suzanne Collins writes extremely well and the story kept me up at night reading for a long time. If you haven't read the first book, i suggest that one too. I suggest this book to everyone i could think of who wouldn't have trouble reading this book.
Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales: Donner Dinner Party has a couple characters, my favorite being one of the people listening to the story, the Hangman. Hes definetly the most humorous character, and he sometimes brakes the fourth wall. The story itself is the story of the Donner Party, families on trails crossing the country to get to California from Illinois to live there. In the beginning, it shows the Reeds family packing up and bringing supplies for the trip. But, they start loosing supplies, and get in tough situations. Will the reeds survive this catastrophe? Read to find out. I like this book, because it has many traits of Big Bad Ironclad, and it has many humorous jokes. The Hangman might be at his finest with jokes in this book, too. I recommend this book to people who like graphic novels, or read other books in this series.

Charlie Joe Jackson's Guide to Extra Credit's main character is Charlie Joe, a non reader who loves his dogs and video games. The story is in his middle school, his home, and another location, but it would be a spoiler to say. In the beginning, Charlie's schemes of reading none of the assigned books are finally found out, and if he dosn't get straight A's in the last quarter, he wil have to go to a summer camp all about reading. Charlie is determined to get straight A's, but regular schoolwork wont be enough. He decides to get all the extra credit he can get. Even with the extra credit, Charlie is not the most behaved student. Will he get sent to the summer camp? Read to find out. I loved this book because its one of the books in the Charlie Joe Jackson series, which i love. The book also gives many tips to getting extra credit, which some may be just for humor, but sometimes there more fun then the actual book. I reccomend this book to everyone who can read it, and well, i guess if some people are in need of extra credit, this would help.

This book is mainly about a Naval Officer named William Cushing, and Nathan Hale. Cushing is fighting in the Civil war, while Nathan is telling the story about him to two other people. In the story Cushing and other people are facing naval battles, and fights between Ironclads. Will Cushing survive the fierce battles that are happening? Read to find out. I like this book mainly because it blends together history, comedy, and a great graphic novel perfectly. I reccomend this book to anyone who read any of the other books, or people who enjoy graphic novels.
This book is about Benjamin Franklin, and some of his greatest accomplishments. From printing, to the lightning rod, to the Revolutionary War, you will have to read to find out what happens in this great book. I really enjoyed this book, and i almost never read biographies. Ben Franklin is a important character in history, and i loved to read this book about him. At the time, Ben also lived much longer then anyone else! I recommend this book to anyone who likes biographies or Benjamin Franklin.

Another Encyclopedia Brown book. Like the others it consists of a couple small mysteries that are always enjoyable. I choose this book because i like mystery books, especially Encyclopedia Brown books. So if anyone else like these kinds of books i suggest it too.
This book is about John Coy and his father night driving, It is about what happens during their driving, through the way, and in the end. Its a great book and its a personal narrative. John is my uncle and i realized i never read this book to myself. I love it and the illustration is great too. I'll probably read more of his books in the future, and i'm happy hes making such good ones.
This is one of the best books i ever read. A story about a boy who escaped from the city to live off in the wilderness by himself. Sam is his name, he does a great job by himself and has many challenges and obstacles but he makes it through happily. I chose this book because it seemed like the most interesting out of the ones i could choose. And i was right, this book was great! The author makes every hommade meal Sam makes sound delicous. This book is the definition of courage, determination, and friendship.
The 3rd book in the Artemis Fowl series transformed into a graphic novel. This book is about Artemis Fowl showing a extremely advanced fairy tech to a wealthy businessman, but the businessman takes it for himself. If he opens the cube the fairy world will be discovered. Artemis needs a plan to save his friends and reclaim his tech. I like the graphic novel form, but i prefer the chapter books. This was one of my favorite because of the long plan Artemis composed and used. Again, i suggest this book, but probably after you read the original.
The final book in the Artemis Fowl series. This conclusion to the series is about Artemis's arch enemy using one last plan to bring the human and fairy world to their knees. This book will keep you excited throughout it and you'll have to read it to see what happens. I love the Artemis Fowl books. So i also enjoyed this one too, it has everything i wanted except a little more planning maybe. I would love to read others of Eoin's books like The Supernaturalist. I would reccomend this book to any fantasy lover, well, any book lover really. This series is a great one and its going to be hard to find a series better then this one.
