A girl named Katniss is 17. She and her best friend Gale, like to hunt beyond the fench. She is a great hunter. Katniss is great with arrows. Her town is nice and small. It is called districed 12. there are 12 districts, each district does a diffenet job. There is this game the districts play which is called The Hunger Games. It is a game when a girl and boy from each district and make them kill each other on live T.V.Katniss has a sister named Prim, she was chosen to go to the games, but Katniss could not risk her death so she stands up and takes her place. The boy that was chosen was a boy she knew from a long time ago, Peeta. He save her when she really needed help.They were sent to the Capital were the game took place. There they were in a perade they there custumes were on fire!! Katniss goes on tv to tell everyone about her and then the games began. She has beem very close to Peeta. But there can only be one winner. She trys not to get to like as much but it is had to some one so nice. All she needs to win the games is a arrow. If she can get one she will to do a lot of damage. But when they begen and she has to get to her wepon before the other people do. But she was distraced by Peeta. He shook his and she stopped, but then it was to late the other girl had the arrow and she ran off with it. Katniss was mad but she took a servilel kit and ran for hour throuth the woods. She was also a great climer she strapped herself in and tries to sleep. But then she hears show more voices. It is the people, but they are working in a group. And the worst part is that Peeta was in that group as will, and he was out to kill Katniss! She was breath taken, how in the world would he be so crule to try to kill her. I was a heart broken thing.For the next couple days she is running around, trying to not be found, but also is looking for water. She is so thursty. She needs water. She Finally finds it but gets cot and runs she gets trapped in a tree and is stock while the other people are waiting below. But Katniss is smart, she lands a hive of posinuse bee's that attack the group below. She kills to girl from her stunt, and takes the girls arrow! Now that it is in her hands she is stopless! Thats when Rue comes in. She is 12 and she like Katniss so they became real good friends. They come up with a plain to burn the groups food suppy so they starve. When it is a compliched, sadly Rue gets cought a stabbed. Katniss killed the person did is and sang to her as Poor little Rue feel a sleep for good. She coverd her with flowers and headed off again. That when she finds out that Peets is in danger because someone cut his leg very bad! And there was an anouncement that she two can make it but the have to be in the same districe. Katniss goes and finds Peets in the mud trying to blend in, she gives him medison and the stay in a cave for a long time for days1! until there is only one person left the kill him but a surprise comes up that now they must chose which one will stay alive and one who will die. They both can't live without each other so they both take posion berrys and were about to eat them when they stop them and say there are two winners. They get cleaned up and Peeta gets a new leg. Then they went back home.
I liked this book because of the action and the daring things that happend. i like how the auther sets up the events to make them make sence. I couldn't put the boo down. There was somthing good on every page. The book was filled with crazy things that would happen. I couldn't stop thing want if it was me out there. I would probably go crazy. Wendy didn't know what would happen, until the eminy came to take her. Finn saved her. But he was also falling in love so he quit so she can live her life. Her first day she found out that she was not what most people say "normal." SHe does things that shock the people, like swimming or wearing bright color dresses with neckles and that kind of thing. But even though she is odd she mets two very nice men John and Nat. Nat is the captin of the ship and John was studying to become a prest. When she she is off the Dolphin she makes her way the aunt Rachil. there she mets Judith, Mercey , Rachil, and the unfun, Mattew. Mattew was very hard on her and was very displeased by her coming. But the welcomed her anyway. But she didn't get exacly what she wanted. She had to work. Which somthing she never did before, at lest not somthing she did often. To add on to the pain she had the most boring sundays of her life going to Meetings every sunday. Then she met Hannah, the so called "witch" of blackbird pond. He ends up chocking up and does not say anything to Mattew about the confusion. Sadly John goes to war.Then a sickness went around, sickning a lot of people. Kit got it but her emun system was strong from the friuts she ate in Barbadose. The town blams Hannah for it and goes after her. Kit saves her but did not save Hannah's house from becomeing a huge campfire. She found the Dolphin and told them to send Hannah away somewere. After the event with Hannah she was acused of witch craft and was locked up before court. when she got to court she swore not to tell anyone about the little girl who came to the house as well. But when she was almost about to be acused and hung, the little girl burst into the room with nat and told everyone what hapened. The charges were lifted from Kit and she was free. John came back and told everyone about his love for mercey, and Kit and Nat were friends.
I liked this book because of all the events that happend. And the fact that this really happend with which craft was very interesting. I was very impersed with the auther of how she plassed the events in perfect timeings. And the way she made this shocking and great for the charaters in many ways. I loved this book. show less

This book is about a boy that is very bad at school on perpose to tell his parents he does not belong in there new home. But his parents don't give in that they should move back to Californa. His parents disiude that he should be put in another school, that is when he goes to the Draclar high. things are very wierd, and the only reson he was put in was because he promised to join the swim team. The classes were hard and chanlenging. The people looked the same. and he finds out a big secert. this is a vampire school! he was put on the swin eam because vampires can't swim so a human had to do it. And if he did he would get 100% on every assinment he had, even if he turned in a blank peice of paper. At first it was a cool, but after a day he feels as if he is being use. He starts doing every bit of work. And asked all of his teachers to give him a proper grade. They say no. Then he helps his friends in so many ways that the teachers disied to help him.they give him a proper grade and all is well.
I like this book because the charaters the auther put in the book. the way they react to things in many difret ways. Like the boy was rude and unrespectful, but helped his friends as much as he could. He risd his life to save his friends. And the girl he like was hard but also sencitive. His friend was unuseally but very creative. They have there own personalty. That is why i like this book.

The new school is very strange and on his very first day he finds out that he goes to a school of vampires! He is only there the go to the swim team because they have to keep the school going. He id being reworded by not geting grades in his work and just geting A+ on every thing. Then he starts to like a girl, which is a vampire, and he gets his frist friend, which is a vampire. He starts to feel that he should get grades for the effort he puts into it. so he does his own work even though he doesn't need to. He was determind to get teachers to grade him. So as he is trying to get school to grade him, he is using this as a charm for the girl he likes which is now one of his friends. Soon he wins the battle and starts to get his own grades. With that the girl he likes likes him back, he is living the life. After all he went through, being called names, and been turned down, he is now constroed legindary.
I liked this book because it was funny and a learning lieson. It had a very good story behind it. A boy who learnds to try the best of himself and do his best, and for nnever give. It makes me think of thing I could do. That why i like books they make me think, not only about the events but how the could affect my life if i really did happen.

He said it was called "The Mind Stealer", because if you touched it, it would suck your mind out of your body leaving you motionless. Ethan thought it was cool but Britney and Molly hated it. That night Ethan put on a show for Britney, and it seemed as if the dummy was alive! But it was very rud, and hurting Britneys feelings. Britney yelled at Ethan, and did not belive him when he said the dummy was alive. Or was it? Henry has been trying to beat up Joss to help Vlad be it just makes him more determine. It broke Vlad's heart when Meredeth started to date Joss. And now Edie was prepared to expose Vlad and him vampire secret to the world. Otis also had to go to court to see if he must die, but this got mixed and Otis ended up going free as Vlad ended up having to go to court for his death! His world has been changed around, he was going to die and he new it. until he met Darwin. Darwin is a vampire that has special powers because of his thirst for vampire blood. At first he wanted to drink Vlad's blood and kill him, but he knew Vlad was special. So he did not. After many days of dealing with everything, and saying bye to everyone he loves, he set off to run away. But When Darwin gets killed by Joss, and was asked to drink his blood, Vlad tried to kill Joss because of anger. Anger that took control over him. But he heard a voice, he hadn't heard in a long time. His dad. His dad that died in the with his mother. His dad stood there in front of him, alive and safe.
I liked this book because for the twists the author puts into the story that makes it exiting to show more read. I think the author did a great job with to detales and pretty much everything. There were some parts that got confusing but i was able to find it out by reading more. Over all, it was a very good book, and hope people will take there time and read it also. THis book is the second book of the frist "My Sister the Vampire". THis time the twins Oliva and Ivy must stop Ivys dad from moving. Oliva just meet Ivy and her real father which is Ivys dad. Oliva always wanted to meet her real father, and it is nice to have a real sister. The same thing for Ivy. You see Ivy and her dad are vampires. Ivys father married a human which makes it posible that Oliva is human. But nothing will stop Ivys father to not move. The twins even tried to make him fall in love, but instead he just ended up wanting to rip his hair out because of the annoying girl the twins brought for dinner. Now they wanted to make a picture show for there dad. He liked it but still didn't change his mind. Now the twins began to think it was hopeless. There father was not going to buge.So Ivy and Oliva swich places so Oliva can hang out with the father who doesn't now she knows about he is her father. They had a great time together. The twins disited to make a surprise good bye party for there dad. While pting the party together Oliva find a jornal that there father wrote when there mother was with child. I said that he thought she died in brith because of him being a vampire. So he didn't want to hurt Oliva so he gave her to a nice family and pretend not to be Ivy's father. The twins told him they knew but he said that he couldn't hurt Oliva. I liked this book because I like vampires and that the problem they have to solve. Also that they wanted to stay together. It shows true sister hood. Oliva loves Ivy so much she does not care she was a vampire. I was cool how Ivys father turned out to be th real father of the twins. I thought is was a cool twist in the story. A couple days later is the Halloween party. Vald ends up going out side to get air and sees a boy named Eddie. Eddie is a nord and Vlad ends up feeling bad so he gives Eddie his costume so he can go inside and party. But that Vald put his hand on his tatoo which turns his eyes purple. Eddie saw and went crazy and was deturmend to find out what Vlad's secert is. Vlad was worried. Soon after Vlad got a letter from Otis which said to him that he should watch out for a slayer someone sent to kill Vlad. Vlad puts this at the back of his mind because he found out that his new best friend was going to the dance with his dream girl Meredith. Vlad liked Meredith ever sence third grade. D'ablo sent the slayer two find out if Vlad is the Pravus(a Pravus is a half human and half vampire that can never die, and will inslave human kind). Joss is upset he must kill Vlad but ever sence a vampire killed his little sister in front of him he would not stop killing until every vampire is dead. Joss ends up stabbing Vlad with a stick in the heart. Surpriseingly Vlad didn't die. He was still alive and was healing fast. When Vlad goes back to school Meredith ends up asking Vlad to the spring Harvest. A prefict ending to a heartbreaking and untursting friendship bettween a vampire and one of his best friends, slayer.
I liked this book for one because I love vampire books. This book was good because it was mixed bettween a normal highschooler and a vampire. I also like the twits it brought in almost every chapter. Also how the story was put onto the same topic, like how Joss ended up being the Slayer. Also it made me feel for the charters. I really get into the books, kinda like i don't want to put them down. But now there living in the real world because of this problem that Lissas haveing with people folowing her. So they ran away. Two years later A man had found them a broght them back to Vampire Academy. This man was named Dimitri. He is a guardian, which is what Rose wants to be. When Lissa and Rose get back wierd things began happening. Dead animals cept showing up. Lissa and Rose think someone has found out about Lissa power to make dead things come back to life. Rose and Lissa try to leave again, but they were stopped by Dimitri, which is Roses new traner, and her crush. Then something distracked Rose and could not help Lissa who was kidnaped, because of her power. Finally she found out, and saved her. Sadly when her friend became Strigoi(when a vampire kills someone from blood lose and startes to fest on Vampire blood) and tries to kill them but luckly saved by Dimitri. Rose finds out Dimiri likes Rose to, but they can't be toghter. But they now that can't happen. Everything goes in peace.

His sub has been acting worried to his appearance, Valid thinks he knows his secret of being a vampire. Not only missing his dead parents and his weird teacher he has been hearing about people missing. He ended snupy, and thinks his sub is the one who killed his parents and the missing people. He looks into this, and as he does his sub finds out his secert, and clames himself to be his uncle. Vaild soon belives him and went to save his aunt. When Vaild was tricked and was about to be killed by his sub, the sub clams it as a trick and he got his aunt safe and he will save Vaild. Vaild follows but the bad Vamps find him and he is on his own to stop this vampire. So he pulls out this round thing that he found in hit attic and it kills the vampire. After that he and his uncle(the sub) become close and his uncle will teach him to be a vampire.
I liked this book because it was in a eighth graders view. I could understand what he ment. Also how the boy felt. It also twists into the idea of the teacher being Vailds uncle. It was also very relistich. I like it also because it shows the problems of a vampire, and a human view. Now I see why this is a popular book.

This book is about this boy named Jeremy. He washanging out with his best friend Aaron. Aaron was a big tuff guy. He was on the football team so it stroke Jeremy by surprise when Aaron told him he was scared of his brother Nathan. Jeremy was not worried about Aaron, he could handle anything. Before Jeremy went home Aaron told him to all in about ten miuntes. Jeremy ended up calling him twenty miuntes later because he forgot. when he called the first time, someone picked up with out saying any thing. The second time he got the anserwing mationen. The thred time Nathan picked up and said Aaron was not home and hung up. Jeremy statred to get worried. He was on his way to Aarons house when his mom stoped him. Then he heard siren went past his house. When he saw the ambulence in front of Aarons house he was very worried. He was hoping it was someone elso. Nope. He heard a cope tell Aarons father that Aaron had been stabed to death. Jeremy couldn't belive it. Who could have killed his best friend, then he remebered what Aaron said that day, when he said he was scard of his Brother. Nathan. I couldn't be turn he thought so he did not tell the detective who he was scard of. Everyone felt sad for Jeremy and Aarons family. Then finally Jeremy finally ended up telling the detection about how Aaron was scared of Nathan. Then sadly everyone hated him. Aarons family, the kids at school. Everyone thought he was lieing, and he was trying to hide something, when hw was not. He did not show more want to belive what Aaron said about Nathan, until he talked to his father. his father told him everything. That Nathan must have down it. All the evendenece was ponting at Nathan. Blood never goes away, and the blood trail showed that Nathan was chasing him. Also that when Nathen picked up the phone he must have went past the body that was in the kichen, and a lot more. With the fact that Aaron was stabed seventy five times in the neck. Soon the hatrid from his friends went away. His life was still dark, and sad and full of regret. But he had to put he past behind him, even though Aaron would stay in his heart forever and always.

When I read the frist chapter of this book, I was detremend to take it back because I might have been to sad for me. I was, I couldn't stop thinking about how horible it must of been if the book were real, and the fact that it was Nathan that killed him. His own brother. It blow my mine when I heard the facts. I almost was sick when I heard about the stabing. One thing I forgot to mention was that Jeremy found out way Aaron couldn't defend himself. It was because Nathan was his brother, and he loved him and could not hurt him. That taut me a lesson, about how the love of your family can come at the werst times, but love is strong, and sometimes that is the problem in this case.Even though it rotid in my mind for days, weeks even, I think this book got to me in a good and bad way. This book is about a group of friend that were really bord and disited to brake into an old house. When they got inside it was old and very dusty, then a guy named Greg found a camra. He frist counldn't wait until he used it, but when he did it was very strang. He took a picture of one of his friends all silly and when he came to see it, when the stairs broke out and he fell and hurt his anckle. But when they looked at the picture it showed his friend falling, not it the pose he took of him. Greg was surprised and thught maybe the camra was broken. When he started takeing more pictures, the samw thing would happen. He would take the picture. THen the people he took a picture of got hurt some how and thats what should up in the picture. Greg was getting worried so when he was going to put it back in the house. He ran into to huge guys that wanted his camra. He couldn't let them so he ran. When he went back into the old house, he saw an old man that told him about how the camra was cearst, and how Greg can never leave. Then Greg took a picture of the old man an he die, because he was scared to death. When everything was at peace again, the supriseing happens. The two huge guys that wanted the camra followed Greg and got the camra and started taking pictures.

This book is about two kids Amanda and Josh and how they moved to this old, house. They dislike the house and everything around it. They grass and trees were dead and there was know life except crows. The was worse on the inside, the noises and the cob webs. The kids want to move out. The only nice thing so far was the sells men. He was nice and very helpful. They soon got a little used to things until they start seeing kid everywere in the house. Dead kids. The scary thing was they looked like there group of kids they met. They thought it was inposible until they saw all there friends names on tomb stones in the cemetary, and even worse they need there blood. The head of it all was the nice sells man. He tricked the family, and now wanted there blood. Then they found out the ghosts can only live when there is no sun. So the kids tricked to ghosts and burned them all. All on there way out of the house, they saw a car pull up, a family stepped out and looked at the house. As they drove of, Amanda thought she the evil sells man, but she knew it was impasible, or was it.
I liked this book because all the events leding up the end. The trick at the end was also pretty good. I realy got me thinking if the sells man was realy alive.

They found a man that looked like there father, and si he clamed to be. They let him out but as the did the other man came down the stairs in horror, the kids did not now which one was which. So they cut both and the one that was found had red blood. They distord the plants and all was normal, or was it. Margaret was playing out side when she heard something call her named. She looked down to she a plant hitting her shoe saying, "I am your father, your real father".
I love goosebumped because to twist at the end of each story. The exitment was over powering so I could not stop reading. I think book was alittle wierd, but that is what goosebumps are.

Now Olivia felt very uncomfortible with switching and hanging out with vampire. Olivia relized that vampires were people to and that was what her sister was, and she learnd to except her and her friends. I liked this book because of the surprizes it throws in. This book is about a girl named Jessica. She found herself running thorg the wood. She had forgoten who she was. Then a family saw and helped her. They welcomed her into there house to say untell help come. She met and nice kid she plaied with, but the next day a womaN ran into the the house and clamed Jessica to be her dauter that was stone by the witch that live in the woods. Sadily they had a dauter named Honey that did not belive Jessica was her sister. Honey had made up her mind to hate Jessica. When Jessica came to there home nothing rang a bell. She did not remeber. After her ruff night Honey makes it worse by trying to kill her with a poisens plant. Has she was sent away for a while Honey ran into her to tell her how sorry she was. Then pushed her down a hole. When she hit the grond everything came back to her. She was the wich and put a spell on herself to make her young. And Honey tried to kill the sister that everyone thought she stole. Honey had to pay for what she did and she truned her into a baby so she can restart her life. Then the witch went to rest in her burned up house.

I liked this book because of the twist at the end. It tricked me into thing something else, but I also think it was not the best. It had no exitment pretty much the whole book. Also the detale was not the best, I realy didn't get into the book think I do aouthers.

This book is about girl named Gwen. She was sent by her brother to a family called the Mercys. At frist Gwen fell aband by her brother and wants him to feel bad for her. But as she gets setild with the Mercysshe begins to like them. But the she meet this ghost girl and it looks as if she wants to should her some thing. When she trys to tell someone they laugh and tell her she has to stop they will kick her out. Now she has to fix this problem by herself. Then Rommy starts to belevie her. And they find out the ghost girl was kill and baryed by her uncles because she found out they stoll pantings. Then the story got out and every one was a t peace. And Gwen got to stay with the Mercys.
I like this book because of the twist of the book. How they made it the uncles that killed her. It as was funny as well because of the sarcsume in her and other kids like Rommy. An I like the scaryness of the book and had it made me have the chills. Some times I would read and have to look over my sholder to make sur no one was there. i realy liked this book.

This book is about a family the Luthers who lives on what once was there land but was taken by a man named Kiser Peace. He alows the Luthers to say on his land. Sadly the father Roy Luther was getting very sick so the family had to take care of him, there is Mary Call, she is 14. Devola is 18, Rommey is 10, and Ima Den is 5. The whole family decs that when Roy Luther passes away they will not tell anyone. And also not to let kiser Peace marry devola, there were in love but Roy Luther would not allow it. So now the Luthers must keep there fathers death a secert, and the Luthers start to become wildcrafters. When people start asking for him they have to go to plan B. mary Call asks Kiser Peace to mary her but he says no. Then by mistake she tells Kiser every things and Devola and Kiser get married.
I iked this book because of the strangth Mary Call has and how she did have pride in her name, Luther. I also like the big words she put in there. And how she named all the plants for Wildcraphting. She had lots of decripsh in the book and emotion. It was like I was there. This book was one of my favorites.

This book is about two girls named Charli and Sophia. Sophia is an orphin who came to live with Charli's aunt. At first Charli thinks she could make good friends with Sophia but Sophia does not. As Sophia is getting settled in. Uncle Will had an crazy idea that he will buy this old house and make it a hotle. at first Charli loves the idea until she goes in there and sees a shadow on the wall and it was moving. She was determand to stay out of the house well Sophia thinks she is crazy. Even if she thinks so herself. But when the twins and the little baby Mickey. Sophia and Charli find out they went to the old house and how to go get them. But when they got there they only saw the teins. Where was Mickey? The twins said he went up stairs with an old lady. Charli was scared because she now who took her. So her and Sophia ran up stairs to hear Micky scearing and a person singing. Then charli sees the ghost but Sophia did not because she did not believe in ghosts. Micky was coverd up with a blankent but when they tried to take it off it would not.The ghost was sufficating the the baby! they pulled as hard as they could. But the baby stoped crying. Then the ghost let go and Micky just laied there as if he was a sleep. Then his eye flow open and he was there alive. And they al went home and found out Sophia can stay there forever.

I gave this book a five star because of the way it was put together and the idea. The characters were funny, and the wording was great. I realy liked show more the book even thow it was boring in the begining. But when it got into it it was realy good. show less

This book is about a girl named Belladonna and she could see ghosts. She did not care for this power. Be until she finds out all ghosts have vanised plus her parents. She and her new friend steve and her ghost friend Eli go on an eventer to go find the ghosts. But on the way the nice friendly man who helped them Ach was up to it all. Now with the amulit and Belladonnas friends they go to defet Ach. with all Belladonna's power she said the words of power and stoped Ach. Belladonna reilized that her power isvery importent to her life and most of all ghosts.

I gave this book a five star because it kept me on my toes. Thinking what will happen nexted. And when it something great happens my heart stars beating fast and I read faster. And when it's over I feel like I had just ran. This was so intertaning. I was heart brocken when it ended. I wish it could go on with the story. I wish the book could never end.

101 Ways To Bug Your Teacher is about a boy that is in eventor and made a book calld 101 ways To Bug Your Parents. But when his parents tell him he is so smart and is going to hight school. He did not te this idea and disited to make on 101 Ways To Bug Your Teachers. But of coures he has to test the ideas out which makes him a trouble maker. Then they would not trust him to go to high school. But as he gets in more trouble with his teachers he starts looseing his friends. But as he goes on the teachers find out about his inventer club and kind of black mailing him so he will stop. But at the end he discides to go to high school and still get to hang out with his friends.

I liked this book because it was funny. It showed good ideas. And the character was well discribed. And the way the author made the story tie all together. And makes a good and happy ending. and the chacaters come together and all is forgiven.
