The Fault in our stars by John Green, is about a girl named Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus Waters, who fall in love. Hazel Grace is diagnosed with 'stage 4' Thyroid cancer with metastasis forming her lungs, is forced by her parents to attend a support group for children living with cancer. Isaac is one of Hazels great friend who also attends the support group, he lost his eye to cancer at young age and has recently learned that he must have the other removed resulting in permanent loss of vision. Augustus Waterswho lost his right leg to osteosarcoma and is in remission, attends a support group session, where he and Hazel first meet. After support group ends, Augustus invites her to watch a movie at his house. The two watch the movie, Hazel meets Augustus' parents, and Hazel shares with Augustus her favourite book, "An Imperial Affliction". The book becomes a point of bonding for them, and Hazel and Augustus begin to spend more time together.Having both of them having cancer, they face through many challenges through life. They found an interest in a author named Peter Van Houten, and they go to Amsterdam to meet him to find out interesting ending of one of their favourite books 'An Imperial Affliction
