Still a terrific series through 8 Deluxe volumes, unfortunately I thought this was the last only to realize as I neared the end there would have to be at least one more volume where they actually reach Vinland

First tale was interesting, second was but sexual tone of the violence increased. I get that as a rule erotic violence is part of the vampire genre even dating back to the original Dracula. But here it seems to get progressively more gratuitous as the story progresses.

Finished this, but won't be returning and though i liked the writing and found the universe fascinating the tone is dated, the plits very simplistic, lack support for Ds powers constantly growing.

I sort of get the mystic and legend of the series and may have rated ii differently had i read back in my 20s when it first came out.

Another one of this these series that has a better mystic than actual delivery.

A much better book than his hit series, I hope this is a one off book as it was terrific and doesn't need a follow-up.
Funny, entertaining, perfect warm weather read.

Some brilliant material here, but like any long run, some stuff just doesn't meet the grade.

Recomnended but most of this is just average bat not world changing.

Terrific tale, if a bit of a retread of the Martian formula, but it works. Not sure of some of the science in reality but it all holds together.

loved this from start to finish and to try to tell what it is about would spoil the SECRETS.

3 evenings to read, six chapters a night because it was too good to rush.
Story is interesting from the beginning, surprises all the way through. Art work stunning at times, solid always.

First Asher I've read in a bit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Fascinating ideas well delivered, liked multicharacter viewpoint. Going to have to pick up some of his other stuff I missed since Agent Cormac and Splatterjay series now.

Another fascinating book by Larson. very interesting look at a pivotal year in WWII Britain. Some stuff I knew others I didn't, blended a variety of sources for a compelling portrait of the time.

This shouldn't work but it does.

Enjoyable diversion for an hour or so, liked the premise more than the execution. looks and reads like a Kickstart comic, may read the rest if I stumble upon them, but not going to hunt then down.

over long but interesting marvel scifi from nearly 20 years ago, before the movie universe took off.
a bit disjointed as some of the parts would be better located in a more time line structured tale as it jumps allover the place.

A must for any fan of classic fiction. This complete version of over 1200 pages is beyond the adventure tale everyon thinks they know.
It has everything romance, revenge, pagentry.

Why isn't this a major limited tv series, more intrigue and romance than any modern costume drama.

Thought this was going to close series off from the pre-release info, it doesn't but that's okay as I feel the story just hit full stride

Kloos is juggling a lot of balls here and as it expands beyond what I was expecting I'm looking forward to another 2 or 3 books if he can continue to write them in a timely non-Martin speed

Night's Dawn is one of those series that every hard SciFi fan needs to read.

I haven't read everything by Hamilton, but never been disappointed by anything I have.

Confusing adventure

I like it just not quite sure what is going on in a couple plotlines at the moment.

Art remains solid and whatever is going on I'll stick with it.

Not as enjoyable as the first, at little too slowly setup and wrapped up too neatly ag the finish.
Not to all tastes and not sure, as much as I like the main character Viv if I'd return.

The first book was a pleasant surprise, but unless the action and setup pickup since we know where Viv ends up, ireturning here again is unnecessary.

A weird disjointed mess that sort of works at the end.
I'm not well versed in Wanda's saga overalls sure some of my confusion is related to that.

Art waspretty solid through most of this though the bad guy, Cthon, was the worst draw character in his limited appearance and didn't seem like much of a threat way entire story was structured.

Didn't find the story as interesting g as the first time through Yeats ago in hardcover.

Not sure comics are as immersive digitally as they are on the printed page.

Ross art is still is the reason to view this online, think I give it a second look on my 24 inch monitor rather than my tablet
