Annabelle has always wanted to be a part of the Hart team. Her longtime crush on Grady Hart is all coming back to her now, especially when Grady is still as handsome as ever. Grady is so glad sexy Annabelle is back in town. He’s always had a thing for her, but will he be able to work up the nerve this time around?

I loved Shifting Gears! The hero and heroine played off each other’s strengths and that was so appealing to me. They made the perfect team, even though they each had self esteem issues, but they totally complimented each other. The racing aspect for the plot added fun and excitement to this romance and kept me speeding through each page (lol)! I loved how comfortable Grady and Annabelle were with each other sexually, even while they lit each other’s bodies on fire. Grady’s protectiveness was sexy and always makes for a great hero in any romance. Ms. North has brought us an awesome romance series and I’m all for more, more, more! 5 Stars!
Valentina, recently divorced and on a trip to Paris for work, meets up with a former acquaintance. He’s a very handsome man who revs her libido, unlike her ex-husband. When they meet up later in Paris, Valentina is only out for a good time, certainly not a new relationship. When they can’t seem to get enough of each other, they each wonder how they’ll every be able to stop.

Hot, hot, hot about sums up Yummy Addictions! This one sizzles and sparks from start…to part 2. This is a serial romance so you will be left temporarily hanging. I did think the hero and heroine were a little bit speedy getting together (even though they did previously, briefly know each other). Their instant chemistry was palpable, erotic and fast moving. It was, however, very sexy and gave my temperature a little boost as I continued reading. There are a few mysterious things that were left to my imagination until they’re apparently clarified in the continuation of this series. That can keep you wanting more or it can be a bit bothersome, depending on the type of reader you are. Overall, Yummy Addictions has plenty of spine-tingling, erotic sex that keeps you on the edge of your seat and glued to every page. I will be moving on to Yummy Temptations, book two in this series, hoping to get my yummy fix! 4 Stars!
Scout is a sexy, single, country music star and best friends with Tess. To Scout, though, she’s more than his best friend. Every time he thought he’d take it further, she was with someone else. Tess has always loved Scout, but she can’t ever let it progress beyond friendship. She has secrets she has to keep, even from him. Now she’s about to get married to someone else and Scout’s going to walk her down the aisle. Will he be able to give her away to another man?

A Mess of Reason is beautifully overwhelming in it’s sexual frustration and varied misunderstandings. A friendship to love relationship like none other I’ve ever read, this is one you absolutely won’t want to miss! When Scout was supposed to talk dirty to Tess, YOWZA, I think that was the hottest thing I’ve EVER read. I have to give A. Wilding Wells credit where credit is due…please give us more dirty talk in other books and you won’t be able to keep me away. Smoking hot, explosive, panty-melting all the way! The relationship between the hero and heroine was all I could ever ask for. There was sexual tension in spades, combative bursts that led to sensual moments, and such erotic, heart-pounding orgasms you’ll darn near burst! One of the most erotic books I’ve ever read and now you won’t be able to keep me away! A. Wilding Wells is an author of all things steamy and wanton, so pick up your copy of A Mess of Reason today! 5 Stars
Ty manages his hotel in Las Vegas, but with the change in times, it needs updating. His partner, Tom, the man who’s always helped him, is willing to invest the money into the update. When he suddenly has a stroke, his daughter comes to oversee her father’s health and investments. How will Ty be able to convince Monica that her father wants to invest in updating the hotel? She wants to sell the place and get back to her own career. Now the attraction between them seems to be making life a bit more complicated. When they both want their own way, the stakes skyrocket and all bets are off…

Hell on Heels is yet another action packed, sizzling hot, work of art from Ms. Vane! Her stories are always comprehensive and lack nothing. The sexual tension between Ty and Monica was palpable and I couldn’t wait for consummation. When that came (of course, the pun is completely intended!), it was blatant and sizzling hot. Ms. Vane definitely knows how to warm me from the inside out when I read her romances, completely involved in every single word. Ty is quite a scrumptious cowboy who knows just how to please his women. He’s so alive in Hell on Heels, you’ll feel the lovin’ and that’s not only what I want, I’m sure it’s what every romance reader demands…and Ms. Vane will pull through every time! With the sneak peak at the next book in this series, I’ve already been drawn in for more and I can hardly wait! 5 Stars!
Auden is looking for the perfect story to land her dream job at an outdoor adventure magazine. Little does she know she’ll run into mountaineer, Rhys MacAskill and that his story may just be the perfect one for her to tell. Now that she’s gotten close to Rhys, will she be able to use him to advance her own career? What if he finds out she’s thought about it?

Every time I think Ms. Riley can’t top her last book, I’m proven wrong once again! With Every Breath consumed me, my world narrowed down to only Rhys and Auden. It wasn’t completely about the hero, but the heroine too. Their interaction was always heart-wrenching and kept me joyfully trapped within the pages of the book. Ms. Riley customizes her stories with an intensity and depth that allow you to dive right into her world and stay there, completely at home in your private comfort zone. Her writing groove just keeps getting better and deeper, more enthralling with each book. With Every Breath sucked me right in and didn’t let me escape (not that I wanted to), until the very last page. To say I loved it would be a complete understatement! 5 Stars!
Pax’s first sight of Gemma was memorable, but so was her choosing his brother over Pax. When all h*ll broke loose and she accused Blake of date rape, the anger set in. Once the charges were dropped and she left town, Pax couldn’t stop the hard feelings against her or remembering the chemistry he thought they’d had. Now Gemma’s back in town to help her injured father and Pax knows he’s bound to run into her. Will that chemistry still be there, and even if it is, could they ever get over the past?

Falling Hard is an intense second-chance romance with tough issues and deep emotions coming into play. Ms. Wainscott handled this story skillfully, with style and grace. It was awesome how everything slowly developed as the hero and heroine came together. It wasn’t an immediate fall into bed, the past is over, type of book. True romance came into play as each part of their lives sorted themselves out. There was always a lot going on and many issues at play, but I could really feel the love. The ending is adorable and left me anticipating more from Ms. Wainscott! 4 1/2 Stars!
Piper has always been in love with her best friend’s older brother, but life has kept them from being together. Now that Jase is home from prison, Piper is determined to have the life she’s always wanted. She just has to convince Jase she’s the one he wants to spend his life with. That could take a lot of bravery and determination on her part. Jase has always protected his little sister’s best friend, and even though he cares for her, he knows he’s never been good enough for Piper. Will Piper be able to get through to him and show him just how good things between them could be?

Ooh, ooh, ooh, When We Fall will most definitely make you swoon! Gotta love bad boy Jase, with his scrumptious body and protective attitude. You won’t want to put the book down so you don’t have to leave Jase behind. You’ll miss him too much (lol)! As usual, this bad boy falls for the good girl, but Piper isn’t your average heroine. She’s finally talked herself into being brave and going for what she wants…or rather, who she wants, Jase. As he tries to put her off, things get VERY interesting. The sex was erotic and I have to say, there was not nearly enough of it (lol)! I always love a Marquita Valentine story. She makes them smokin’ hot, unforgettable, and unputdownable…every single time! When We Fall will heat you up and darn near burn you down…don’t miss it! 5 Stars!
Tabbart has a cooking show on tv and she’s so busy she never has time to meet a decent men. Until she gets a look at her assistant’s sexy brother. Against her better judgement, she asks about him and finds herself booking a week with him…at a stud ranch where he’s the sex therapist! Can she pull this off without the whole world finding out? When Stowe finds out he can hardly wait to see her and he knows he’ll protect her at all costs. She will, however, have to give up control to Stowe as he gives her the pleasure she deserves.

Yehaw, this is one hot, BDSM read! Not for the lighthearted or squeamish, Rope Burn will keep you on the edge of your seat with your own inner flame burning bright. It’s as hot as they come and I’m betting you won’t be able to put it down. Ms. Petrova seems very knowledgeable and writes with quite a “steam” factor. I love her heroes and Stowe is at the top of the list. You can’t get away from the erotic romance in Rope Burn and believe me, you won’t want to. I loved this book and I’m highly anticipating reading more from Ms. Petrova! 5 Stars!
Please note: I received a copy of Midnight Wrangler as an ARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review (Thank you!)

Rohn is a rancher who loves his work. He has three young men working for him who can’t seem to stop talking about sex and it’s making Rohn uncomfortable. He lost his wife five years ago and is thinking he’s ready to move on, but these guys are making him feel like an old man. He can’t seem to find the right woman and they’re making it hard on him. Bonnie, the one that got away, ends up back in town and they just happen to run into each other. Rohn plans to make it happen again and see if he can find out why she left all those years ago…

A charming and emotional second chance romance to keep you warm this winter! Yes, she had to go back to her hometown like a lot of second chance romances. No, there isn’t any comparison to those other stories beyond that. Midnight Wrangler will keep you feeling warm and fuzzy from beginning to end. Every single character will touch your heart and make you laugh continually. I know Ms. Johnson is a very popular author, but I’m ashamed to say this is the first chance I’ve had to read one of her books. Wow, I’m certainly thrilled I did! It was well written, light-hearted, comical, and intense at times too. The hero wouldn’t take no for an answer and made darn sure he got his happy ending. That’s my kind of hero! You won’t be able to keep me from coming back for more! I loved it! 5 Stars!
Sophia needed money to help support her family. This led her to become a mail-order bride through what she thought was a reputable company. Her husband-to-be treated her in a cruel and degrading manner, which led her to flee into the freezing cold, Alaskan woods. Jack, a would-be-loner came to her rescue repeatedly, against his better judgment. The stories she told him sounded delusional, but he’d help her until he could get the Rangers to fly out and pick her up. Would he be able to keep her with him until they could get here? If so, could he keep her safe?

Hunted by the Billionaire is a great paranormal romance! The plot is like nothing I’ve ever read before, which is most unusual. Most plots tend to repeat and this one is in a whole different league. I enjoyed both the hero and heroine’s separate backstory. It helped to give depth to the story and let it gain momentum at a steady pace. The story kept me entertained with romance, suspense, and fast-paced action. I only have one little thing that seemed to niggle at my brain and bother me. It’s only my opinion, but considering the story is set in Alaska, I don’t think the heroine ever had enough clothing on to survive the harsh cold. Other than that, I had a really great time reading Hunted by the Billionaire by Tia Moon! It was the perfect length, well-written, and easy to get involved in! 4 Stars!
Kate knows rock stars are not what she wants or needs in her life. She’s sticking to her designer leather business and making it a success. As fate would have it she ends up on tour with the famous band Toxsin and their smoking hot band members. How will she be able to keep her hands on professional business as she needs to measure all that hardness to get the right fit? Then lead singer, Syon, realizes it’s not the groupies, but Kate that he wants. How will she be able to resist this sexy, rock hard, rock star?

Rock Me Two Times is one of the hottest, most sinfully erotic romances I’ve read in a long time! Ms. Ryder has a perfected skill writing erotic, romantic novels that keep me warm from start to finish. The sex keeps me transfixed and repeatedly jealous of the hero and heroine (those lucky buggers!). By-play between them is comical at times and beyond erotic at others. If this book doesn’t immediately snag your interest, please proceed to the nearest doctor. They need to make sure you have a pulse (lol)! This book is HOT, HOT, HOT! The rock star theme is sexy and fun. Each interaction between characters is thought provoking, usually steamy, and most likely without clothes (ooh yeah!)! Ms. Ryder knows how to keep me addicted and always coming back for more…and YES, that means I’m already panting for the next book! I loved Rock Me Two Times! 5 Stars!
Monica had a wild moment or two with Cal, but she’s not that same person anymore. Now she’s responsible and straight-laced. No more bad boys for her. They only get her into trouble and that’s not the way her mother would have wanted her to live her life. Cal’s back in town. He can hardly believe he’s run into Monica again, but she’s changed. She seems buttoned up and cold hearted, but he knows he can find the old, free-spirited Monica. He just has to convince her to loosen up a little bit…

His Kind of Trouble had me a breath away from total meltdown! This is one steamy, burn-down-the-house, sexy romance you’d better not even think about putting down. You won’t want to miss a single word; not one tiny little letter. This book is so sexy you’ll want to read it slowly…to drag out every erotic piece of it. If only I could make myself the heroine of this book, no one would ever see the real me again (lol)! The sex is written with expertise and I’d have to call it perfection! The ending made my heart swell, I swear (okay, maybe I just thought it did). Ms. Austin is absolutely, my new favorite author. The Incredible Hulk wouldn’t be able to hold me back from getting to her next book! I love it, love it, love it! 5 Stars!
Leif is a Viking King who fights with stands by his immortal warriors to protect the humans from evil. When he is saved by a beautiful woman who fights like a warrior herself, he can’t help but kiss her. When she disappears, he knows he must find her, no matter what it takes. Naya may have enjoyed the warrior’s kiss, but she has to stay hidden at all costs. She needs to protect her brother and can’t let anything get in the way. That kiss may have just sealed the deal though.

Ms. Bradley creates a unique romantic plot with Viking Warrior Rising that takes you deep into the viking world, with plenty of twists and turns to peak your interest and rachet your libido. The characters are all strong-willed, fiercely loyal, and extremely protective of each other. Add in a romantic interest and Leif’s inner Berserker pumps it up a notch or two. The sexual tension added spark to the story, along with the powerful, full of life hero and heroine’s antics. There was never a dull moment as the story quickly progressed. There was plenty of action and romance with a paranormal twist. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Viking Warrior Rising and very much look forward to more from Ms. Bradley! 4 Stars!
Dmitri has everything he’s ever wanted. Club Sin, his sexy sub, Presley, and friends close enough to feel like family. Now Dmitri, Club Sin and his members are being threatened. No one feels safe to play now that their level of safety and privacy have been compromised. Dmitri feels an intense need to fix this problem for everyone since he considers this his fault. He can’t put Presley first until he can take care of this. When Presley feels their relationship being threatened, she tries to get control of the situation, but Dmitri needs to distance himself from Presley so he can protect her.

Mine is another fantastic Club Sin novel. I’m really sad to see this series end. I’ve gotten completely involved and I won’t know what to do without it (boo hoo)! I’m sure Ms. Kennedy will enthrall me with more erotic stories to keep me going! If you want a hero who’s dominant, possessive, protective, and sexy, then Mine is exactly what you need. Ms. Kennedy has perfected her BDSM writing style and keeps you on the erotic edge. Mine is sizzling hot and every interaction between the hero and heroine is sensual and wildly erotic. If you can put this book down, you’re really doing something. To tell you the truth though, you won’t WANT to! The Club Sin series has been great from start to finish and if you haven’t had the opportunity to try it, please do. You won’t regret a single word! 5 Stars!
Aeliana can’t understand why any man would enjoy the dangerous, violent life of a gladiator and she only wishes they wouldn’t have to be a part of her world. Then she has a chance encounter with a former gladiator and her instant attraction is a constant distraction. When Caius meets up with Aeliana he knows she’s exactly who he wants in his life. He only hopes she’ll quit running from him and realize they’ll be involved now that he’s once again a gladiator.

Heart of the Gladiator is a great historical romance, with a unique plot and engaging characters. The gladiators live a rough life, but Aeliana adds a little softness that tempers the violence and brings forth an emotional softening to the story. Even though I know it was part of the plot, I did think there was a tad too much violence, with not quite enough romance. The characters are strong and although they lived hard lives, the romance trying to form kept me glued to each page. The hero and heroine deserved a chance at happiness and struggled to the very end to find it. This book was informative and well thought out. I enjoyed the gladiator theme, the tortured hero, and of course the romance. I look forward to reading more in this series from Ms. Pax! 4 Stars
Now that Zane is back in Evie’s life, he knows he’ll do anything to win her back. There’s only one thing in the way; she’s dating the leader of their top rival motorcycle club. He’ll do anything to keep her safe. He’s always loved her and he’l die trying to win her back. Evie never knew what happened to the boy she’d always loved. Then one day he shows up in her life again and she’s determined not to let him break her heart again.

The whole outlaw biker thing was a little intense, but the undeniable love and loyalty skyrocketed me way past that. This was my first MC romance by Sarah Castille, but now I’m hooked. I will most definitely be backtracking and starting with the first book in the series. I’m actually quite impressed with the depth and detail in the story, all while closely holding my interest. I was glued to the book and had the niggling thought in my brain that I wish I’d started with book one in the series (which I most definitely intend to rectify). Zane was a dark, edgy, bad boy hero that any woman would get addicted to. His protective, possessive manner was thrilling to not only Evie, but to every reader too, I’m sure. Ms. Castille has a way with words that keep the reader on an exciting edge, waiting for all that’s yet to come. I loved Sinner’s Steel and that’s all there is to it! I only hated to see it end and I surely can’t wait for more! 5 Stars!
Munro, otherwise known as Bear, was poised to shoot the deer he’d been tracking when out of nowhere came a shot that dropped that deer. When he saw who claimed the deer, he couldn’t believe his eyes. When he follows her to an abandoned alley, she threatens to shoot him. He knows he won’t be able to let her alone now that she’s sparked his interest and the abbey isn’t fit to keep her warm with winter on it’s way. Will she still be here when he returns?

Some Like It Scot is a delightfully sweet and comical romance you won’t want to put down! The interaction between the hero and heroine is worth reading the book alone, but the supporting characters and their deep connection to the hero makes it heartwarming and emotional. The bonds are deep and meaningful and their need to help one another takes the story to a whole new level. This isn’t your average highlander romance. It’s packed with laughs, emotions, family ties, and of course, romance. The sex was worth waiting for and Bear knew the perfect way to warm Cat and her glorious curves up to his hard body. Bear was the perfect hero, never backing down when he found the woman he wanted. It was totally adorable and kept me smiling from start to finish. Some Like It Scot is a fantastic highlander romance you won’t want to miss! I’m anxiously awaiting more from Ms. Enoch! 5 Stars!
Tori is an ex-con who served her time, even though she didn’t rightfully belong there to begin with. Now she’s trying to rehabilitate her life by training service dogs. As part of her job she gets involved with a military police veteran, Law, who was wounded in Afghanistan. He doesn’t think he needs a service dog and rebels at having one in his life. It’s Jori’s job to make sure that dog, Samantha, stays there. When she’s instantly attracted to Law she tries not to get involved, but as events evolve, they both seem to be in deeper than they realize…and they’re not liking it at all.

In my opinion, D. D. Ayres makes a story worth reading! Primal Force is detailed, without you even realizing it. You get a complete story at the same time you’re glued to each and every page as the story unfolds. The characters rebel against any type of relationship which makes it more interesting, as they interact with chips on their shoulders and a desire that won’t quit. It’s great to see how the characters soften toward each other as circumstances break apart and show their strengths and weaknesses. The rebellion presents itself in many ways, often in a sexual manner. The hero and heroine each protect the other and emotions run high throughout the story. I love this A K-9 Rescue Series and D. D. Ayres is one of my new favorite authors. Each book is filled with suspense, excitement, and sexual tension. This is edge-of-your-seat reading at it’s finest! 5 Stars!
Gavin was traded to the Sonics due to an injury and now Jessica, the team’s physical therapist must see that he’s once again healthy enough to play ball. She’s already tried the romance thing with a ball player before and doesn’t plan on going down that road again…until she meets Gavin face to face. Now she has to stick to her guns and her rules and be professional. No romance, strictly business, especially when she ended up with a broken heart before. After Gavin’s last girlfriend broke up with him when he got hurt, he’s decided to concentrate on getting well enough to get back to playing baseball. What he doesn’t expect is the gorgeous redhead who just happens to be his new physical therapist…

Once again, I’m loving another sports romance from author Katie Rose! The Heat of the Moment has the perfect cast of characters and I adore the smoking hot hero, Gavin! He’s perfect for Jessica and she’s perfect for him too, with her being a physical therapist and her big family being full of sports players. Ms. Rose always has a great plot and her heroes keep the reader hot under the collar with her physical character byplay (ooh yeah!). The sex scenes make her books very worthy of your time and if you wouldn’t want to pull her heroes right out of the book and take them home you may need to check with a doctor to make sure you’re alright (lol)! Ms. Rose is a great author and I always look forward to her next book. The Bad Boys of Baseball Series is one show more you won’t want to miss! Hurry!

Slashed was heartbreaking, emotional and erotic, entwined in a tortured love story that will keep your emotions on the edge and your heart thumping in a double time rhythm. I dare you not to love this group of engaging characters! Ms. Wolff has a knack for tugging on your heartstrings, but still keeping your own libido charged to the max. She tells an informed story, with well researched subject matter. The plot was not only unique, but interesting, and meshed perfectly with the hero and heroine’s character and all of their fun-loving interaction. I loved Luc and in my head I was urging him to just come out and tell Cam the way he feels. Hey, it was really easy to get completely involved in this story! That’s my defense and I’m sticking to it (lol)! Slashed was the perfect love story for me and I can’t wait to read more from Ms. Wolff! If ever there was a MUST READ, show more Slashed is it! And once you do read it, you’ll know it’s a KEEPER too! 5 Stars! show less
Special Agent Tara Rushing is sent to a mysterious crime scene and she's unsure of exactly why she's been put on this case. The locals aren't too fond of her as she tries to get involved in a police matter they consider is in their own territory. When the local sheriff wants to put security specialist Liam Wolfe in the spotlight as the main suspect, Tara is unsure of not only his guilt, but her intense physical attraction to him. Liam knows this area like the back of his hand. Can Tara trust his expertise or is he guilty of more than he's letting on?

With each Tracers novel I read, I'm more and more impressed with author Laura Griffin. Her expertise in the romantic suspense genre can't be matched. Shadow Fall is impressive with the details and how they all connect to lead you through an intense, edge-of-your-seat page turner you can't put down. And ha!, you certainly wouldn't want to put it down! Ms. Griffin keeps you completely enthralled and she's so good with this genre, you can never guess who the killer is. The characters work well together and it's easy to root for the hero and heroine. Liam is the ultimate hero wanting to protect Tara with his life. The suspense, along with the added romance is always wrapped up with such a well written plot, with mysterious character by-play, and intricate puzzle pieces that slowly come together as the story progresses. If you haven't gotten involved in one of Ms. Griffin's thought-provoking Tracer novels, you are definitely show more missing out! I dare you to read Shadow Fall and not be impressed! I can hardly wait for Deep Dark, book 10 in the Tracer Series! Shadow Fall is not only a MUST READ, but a KEEPER too! 5 Stars! show less
Harper had to relocate because of a crazy ex-boyfriend. Prison would only keep him away for so long and then Harper knew he'd come after her, as he'd always threatened. The scars on her back led her to Second Circle, a tattoo parlor owned by well-known tattoo artist, Trent Andrews. He specialized in inking over scars and she needed to see if he could help her with her own scars so she could move on with her life. Not only will he help Harper, but he's immediately attracted to her and can't turn her away. Harper is also attracted to him, but she's been badly burned before and balks at anything that has to do with men. Trent won't let her hide away from life so he's determined to help her.

I was completely glued to every single page of this heartwarming and extremely romantic book. "I couldn't get enough" is such an understatement! Right away I knew this one's a keeper and I'll be spouting off about The Strongest Steel for a very long time to come. Ms. Cole's plot is unique and thought provoking and the hero and heroine are a perfect fit. I love a lot of romance book heroes, but Trent has to be one of my top favorites. Every interaction between Harper and Trent made my heart shudder and tickled my tummy. I absolutely, without a shred of doubt, loved The Strongest Steel and Ms. Cole is my new favorite author! Her writing style is superb and she brings the love across as plain as day. This is not only an emotional story, but one with sex, romance, and the ultimate love. I show more won't have any rest in me until I get to read more from Ms. Scarlett Cole. Woo hoo, this is not only a Must Read, but a Keeper too, without a shadow of a doubt! 5 Stars show less
Beatrix and her brother Tommy were finally free from their abusive dad, but now Tommy's getting into trouble with his newfound freedom. As Beatrix tries to track Tommy down and keep him out of trouble, she comes into contact with a really big motorcycle guy she thinks may lead her into trouble…or even get her killed. Now she can see him waiting for her outside her dorm room window. What will her roommate think and should she be worried?

Never Loved is my first Charlotte Stein book, and although it seemed a little unusual at first, I quickly got involved in the uncommon characters and the unique plot. Serge is a tortured hero, but honest, protective, and adorably introverted when it comes to the heroine. He knows he needs to stay away from Beatrix, but he feels the need to protect her and just be around her. The interaction between them keeps you glued to each page and the romance is subtle, but makes the reader want more. Ms. Stein keeps us teetering on the edge, aching for their romantic, emotional, and sexual awakening. The hero and heroine were equally frustrating in their slow trek to each other, but ultimately, it was altogether worth it. To wrap it all up, I would have to say... I loved it! 5 Stars!
Young and wealthy Carolyn always obeyed her parents so when they made her break up with bad boy, Jake, she did. No longer rich, her family deep in debt, she doesn't know where to turn, but ends up working at the club, Briarwood. When the new owner shows up Carolyn is surprised to see it's Jake, her first love. He's back with a chip on his shoulder and expects Carolyn to keep everything going at Briarwood. What will Jake think when he knows she needs this job and her family is no longer wealthy? Will she be able to work for Jake, when she's already attracted to him and the man he's become?

A great tickle-your-tummy, heartwarming romance you'll love to have on hand for every free moment you have to read. I enjoyed the characters and their self-perceived flaws and how they were able to overcome them and move on to take a second chance at love. They each had their own issues and plans for life and Ms. Barrett meshed their lives together seamlessly. Ms. Barrett gives the reader love, laughter, grief and loyalty within her story and I enjoyed every bit of it. Weaving the story together around the club, first love, maturity, and the trials of life made for a realistic love story. Once and Again was romantic, sexy, funny and sweet. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Barrett and in the meantime I'll be recommending Once and Again to everyone I know! 5 Stars!
Kelly's relationships have only included sex with no strings attached, once and done. Ever since she was a young girl and her father was murdered, she has trouble trusting relationships. When she meets a man in the park and ends up having sex with him, she doesn't realize it was all set up by her estranged mother to get information concerning her father's murder. Now Kelly has set herself up in a tricky situation to try to prove that stranger she now knows as Caleb, had something to do with her father's murder all those years ago. As she comes to enjoy her time with Caleb, she's on edge, worried how her betrayal will change her life or if it just may get her killed.

Well, I must say, I can hardly wait for remainder of Kelly and Caleb's story in October 2015! I'm so glad that's not too far away so I don't forget any juicy details. Sweet the Sin is a complex, edge-of-your-seat, erotic novel filled with intense emotional and sexual scenes that keep you riveted. The hero and heroine are always on edge trying to keep the other at a distance, but still satisfying their own sexual needs. Sometimes, though, I got a little bit bored of what seemed to be an emotional tug of war between Kelly and Caleb. It sometimes sapped my interest, but I quickly moved beyond that as the story progressed. Now I'm anxious to read the final conclusion to an intricate tale of love and deceit. 4 Stars!
Sawyer Quinn is a cop during the week and a Master Dominant on weekends. Now that his sister has been beaten up and taken to the hospital, Sawyer is working with Chloe Nash, a sexy little private investigator who works for his friend, Porter. Sawyer has always considered Chloe innocent and wonders if he can live with vanilla sex just for her. When Chloe finds out he's dominant, she's not sure she can be what Sawyer needs. BDSM is not her style and she doesn't want to change Sawyer or make him regret being with her.

Another commanding read by Ms. Kennedy! You'll be held captive by this Club Sin series and all the strong, sexy characters. Each book keeps getting steamier and I always feel ready to break out in flames, it's so d*mn erotic. Commanded is like a heat-seeking missile aimed straight for my hot buttons. Sawyer is the perfect lover, protector, and commanding force in Chloe's life. So, in my opinion, he's the best kind of hero you can get. The sex is smoking hot and the character by-play is intensely sexual. Ms. Kennedy knows how to "work it" and gently persuades the reader to race to the finish line for the ultimate, erotic conclusion. I'm already anxious for the next story in the Club Sin series. I loved Commanded and I look forward to each and every boldly sensuous book in this series! 5 Stars!
Jess has kept her secrets at bay for 13 years, but now her past seems to be coming back to haunt her. She's never told anyone so she has no one to turn to for help. When she returns to her best friends at Whisper Creek for another wedding, she sees Cole again, the hot cowboy she adores but needs to stay away from. She knows he's too good for someone as damaged as her. Cole has known for a while now that Jess is someone he wants by his side, but she's like a frightened filly. He has to take it slow so she'll trust him, but he wants her to stay at Whisper Creek. Will he be able to convince her?

Once Upon a Cowboy is a complex love story to keep you absorbed from the onset. Intense characters with close bonds mingle with sharp tugs on your heart as they show love, compassion, and strength. I always love a ranch setting, hot cowboys, kids and horses to go along with a close-knit cast of characters. The ending was superb, with Cole being there for Jess when she needed him the most. The love was evident and the feelings, tear-worthy. Maggie McGinnis is a new-to-me author and Once Upon a Cowboy was definitely a meaningful, thoughtful romance that tickled my reading fancy! 5 Stars!
Henley was a rock star who appeared to have it all. Little did her fans know just how much heartbreak and how many complications she had in her life. It took Henley's near death experience to get her back to Georgia to try to fix her broken life. When all her friends came to Georgia to show their support, it was almost more than Henley could deal with. She'd been through betrayal and heartache, but always trusted Kip, her best friend, to be by her side. When she overdosed on drugs and nearly died, Kip was upset. Not only was he hurt, but mad that she'd do this to herself. He's always loved his best friend and been there to support her for many years, but he couldn't bear the thought of losing her. Will he be there to help her through her future heartbreaks or did she lose her best friend forever?

Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to read the first two books in the Guitar Face Series, but book 3, Walking Back to Georgia, intrigued me enough to want to go back and read them. This was a great story and I loved the bonds between the characters and I was thrilled with Kips crazy rantings. The plot was complex, but profound. The varied characters were emotional, touching, and at times, comical. The ending was fantastic and I can't wait for M-O-R-E, more! I had a great time reading Walking Back to Georgia and I'll be talking about this one for a while. I loved it! 5 Stars!
So far, I've read two of the romantic stories in this set. I can't wait to read the rest, but my review for The Promise of Paradise (Allie Boniface) and Good Cop (Liz Kelly) are as follows:

The Promise of Paradise (Allie Boniface)

Ashton's family name was well known, her father a politician, her siblings lawyers. She'd just finished law school when her father was involved in a scandal. Then to make matters worse, her long-time boyfriend broke up with her. She had to get away for a while and think about her future. Did she really want to take this path in life, being a lawyer, eventually getting into politics? Had her boyfriend ever really loved her or was it her family connections he sought? When she first arrived in Paradise, NH, Ash wondered if it was far enough away from home, but she decided to stay. Then when she met her other housemate, Eddie, things began to brighten up. What was she thinking? She just needed to keep to herself so no one found out who she really was…

The Promise of Paradise is my first Allie Boniface romance, but I'm not stopping there. It was quite entertaining and I wasn't able to put it down. The characters were charming, easily lovable, intelligent, and worldly. The connection between the hero and heroine was immediate and well written. It was so sweet the way Eddie looked out for Ash, making sure she always got home safely, keeping her car in working order, and protecting her in the bar where she worked. Awww…It gives me that warm-and-fuzzy show more feeling I adore! The Promise of Paradise is well-written and sweetly romantic. The ending was fantastic and makes me want to keep the hero for myself (lol)! I can't wait to read more from this awesome author, Ms. Allie Boniface! 5 Stars!

Good Cop (Liz Kelly):

Lolly is caught between two handsome cops. One is considered the golden boy and good cop, the other, a bad boy and bad cop. She needs to teach one a few bad boy ways and the other how to truly appreciate a woman…outside of sex. A big complication is the fact that they're best friends and want the same woman. She's decided for the time being, she'll just take them both!

I adored Good Cop! It kept me laughing from beginning to end and fanning myself at the same time. Whoa, I loved the dialog between the characters, the sexy men and their byplay, and the many sizzling-hot moments I just couldn't get enough of. This is my first book in the Henderson series and you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be reading them all! Ms. Kelly writes her heroes exactly the way I love them…those bad-boy attitudes, full-on sexy looks and build, they're playful, possessive, heroic and romantic. Her lines of conversation between the characters are expertly written and thrill me to no end. I heat up, laugh-out-loud, and just can't get enough! If you don't take the time to read Ms. Kelly's books, I'd have to say you're just plain out of your mind (lol)! DON'T MISS THIS SERIES! I guarantee you there WILL be sizzling-hot heroes included… 5 Stars!
