I won this book for free and was excited to read it, only to be very confused and unable to continue reading after a few chapters... not the book's fault but my own for not realizing it was the 5th book in a series... despite that, the only other issues I would say is the use of another "language" mixed into the book and having to constantly go back and forth between the page you're on and the reference page.

This was a colorful little addition to my daughter's growing collection of nighttime books. It's not a long read and it's simple enough for your young reader to follow along, and even learn to read themselves. Illustrations pop and are fun to look at, very suitable for young ones who can't read at all yet.
