Miroir de Cassandre (Le) (Romans, Nouvelles, Recits (Domaine Francais)) (French Edition) by Bernard Werber
I seriously loved this book, I can see how much Bernard Werber has improved in my opinion since Le Jour des Fourmis, the first book I read from his books. I especially loved the characters, my favourite of course being Kim Ye Bin xD It starts slowly then things get epic towards the end, I also loved how philosophical it was, so many sentences were just worth printing on a shirt xD
I first read around page 164 and then dropped the book and I just couldn't get quite into it. I guess at the time I was too busy and I didn't have a lot of time to read, so I couldn't afford to read a book that I felt was going slow. Now that I picked it up again in summer, I'm so glad I finished it ! It definitely got much better, and I loved that ending ! I'm kind of reluctant to read the next books in the series, though. But I'm more likely to pick them up than not !
Read it once, listened to its audiobook twice. I just love this book so much xD
Finally, I got to read this book. I kinda felt I needed to before I got spoiled x) and heck, I love it ! It's this kind of book whose characters are relatable. It appears to be just a regular romance in the beginning, but it has so much depth, so many poetic inspiring meanings I lost count of my favourite quotes. I feel quite happy I didn't get spoiled on the plot twist, as my sister sadly was. I couldn't let go of the book once I got to it. It really reminds me of The Fault In Our Stars, both stories' characters are loveable, and you quickly get attached to them
This book is seriously overlooked because its original language is French. Jean-Christophe Grangé is such an amazing author, and this book is just insane, breath-taking. So far I think it's the best thriller I have ever read, and it deserves to be a worldwide bestseller.
Guys, seriously, learn French if you didn't already and READ IT

"Why isn't this book a bestseller ?" Was my thought all along the book.
Seriously, I really really loved this book, it taught me so much, it didn't need any cliffhangers at the end of chapters. It was just gripping. I couldn't let go until I got to the half. I can't even explain how this book grips you. But it just does. Such a great book ! I probably will remember a bunch of sentences from it; it was quite the inspiring read That ending.
