A fun holiday book for the whole family!My kiddo was happy to read a Christmas book that wasn't just the same old Santa Claus story

Buddy goes to visit his great uncle and learns about "filling his bucket" - but not just with apples, with happiness! He also learns how to fill the baskets of others.
This book has some great lessons for little ones, and reminders for their grown ups too!

Loved this! Teaching my youngster Spanish and since he loves astronomy (even at 7), this was a great beginning!

What a great reminder to take some time to work on yourself and how this can improve your outlook on life! I know this book was written with kids in mind, but as an adult, I got a lot out of it too. My 7 year old loves the breathing and stretching sections, as well as the cuddle time with mom!

Sometimes the best way to be yourself is to accept who you really want to be.
Echo is just that, an echo, and no one has ever seen an echo... until now! Max gets lost in Echo's cave while treasure hunting and the only way to save him is to find her OWN voice. The treasure they find may not have been the treasure they were looking for, but it's so much better!
My 7 year old gave it 2 thumbs up!

Cute story with great illustrations. From my 6 year old: Hahahahaha! So funny! But I don't think my cat - or my dog - would fall for any of it!

My 5 yr old enjoyed this book much more than I did. Mostly just because of WHEN it came out, and the state of the US politics at this time.
He had reread it several times and laughs out loud each time. I could do without the LOUD "Vote For Me!"

This beautifully illustrated book, and sweet story, tells of how a Teddy Bear learns of his true worth.
My 4 year old loved it and immediately grabbed his favorite stuffy, asking if he'd been on any adventures my little one didn't know about yet!

Sweet story about a girl who finds a dinosaur bone and shares some interesting facts about them. A trip to the museum only strengthens her desire to maybe grow up and be a paleontologist... especially if she can discover a Susie-saurus!

Beautifully illustrated, and a story of friendship, but the story was a little lacking.

A few nicely introduced facts about sharks, but doesn't explain the relationship between sharks and dolphins and why this is a unique friendship - it tells only that everyone is afraid that a shark might eat them.

A beautifully illustrated book on getting ready for bed and what's to come in your dreams.

The cadence on the rhyming is a little off, which didn't bother my little one, but it did cause me to stumble a few times while reading.

I love the line "Put a stopper in your snicker" and will probably be using that in the future!

Cute "comic book style" story of how baby trolls don't get the respect they deserve, so they want you to sign their petition.
It was difficult for my 4 yr old to follow, would be better for an older age group.

Beautiful cuddly animals depicting the colors! Love the visuals of the feelings for each color. Young ones are going to be able to relate very easily!

I wasn't expecting to like this book, as it's not my favorite genre. Instead I found myself glued to each story, trying to figure out before it told me, which fairy tale it was based on!

A counting book focused on cleaning trash out of the ocean, where even the sea creatures are doing their part. A reminder to keep trash away.
Beautiful illustrations with rhyming text.
Counting is good for little ones, as well as learning to identify the animals.

A very tired new mother wonders if her baby is too small. In a dream she finds a special food that could make her baby grow. But is that really in her best interest? Or the best interest of the baby? Or is her baby perfect the way he is?

As an exhausted new mother myself, I can certainly understand second guessing everything you see and do, and the dreams that come along with motherhood!

Sometimes little children can find very special animals - even special cats!

After reading about it in a book, the boy looks to find a Luminous Cat - and finds one! Or does he? His parents aren't so sure... whether it is truly a Luminous Cat, it is indeed a Very Special Cat.

Illustrations are cute, and you are reminded that children and adults do not always see the world, and it's occupants, in the same way

Great for children to use their imaginations of how they too could be a real life hero.

A child tells how Grandfather goes to the DMZ (the Demilitarized Zone that separates North and South Korea) every year, what he sees, and why it is now essentially a wildlife refuge, despite the soldiers on each side, since no people are allowed to enter it.
It is marketed as a children's book and I think it would work well for a class learning about the DMZ. For younger readers, the artwork is excellent, and we spent time identifying vehicles, plants, and animals.
