Billy is a young boy who if he could have anything it would be hound dogs. Billy loves to watch people go coon hunting and Billy wants to try himself. Billy raises money with the help from other people to buy hound dogs. when Billy has enough money to buy some dogs he goes into town and buys some. Billy loves old Dan and Little Anne. he goes coon hunting with them and plays with them all day long. he loves them to death. in the end the dogs do die. Billy buries them and carves their names into rocks as gravestones. a little red fern pops up at the gravesite for the dogs.
I give this book a five star rating. I was one of the best books I have ever read. this book was full of caring and sharing. I think anybody could read this book and enjoy it as much as I did. this book was amazing and inspiring too.

Gabe has moved to his grandmothers house where he meets a lot of good friends. Gabe's best friends name is Seth. Seth and Gabe make up a game where the are soldiers having to save children from the kid eating monster. at the end of the summer Gabe starts to lose interest in the Game. after that things get a little weird. Gabe thinks he sees weird shadows in the woods. even Seth is acting a little weird. at the end the things start to clear up after the dead bodies of two gentlemen are buried. Gabe and Seth think the boys had to do with the shadows.
I give this book a three and a half star rate. It was a great book. it did have some confusing parts though. I think any kid who loves horror and mystery should read this book. in fact I think they should read all of Dan Pablockis books. his books are full of mystery that will keep you on your toes.

Neil and his sister Bree move to his aunts house. There is an old abandoned children's hospital nearby. Neil has heard stories that the place is haunted. Neil decides to go and explore. legend has is that a young girl was murdered there by a crazy assistant. Neil believes it and wants to find the girls ghost. Neil stops by a neighbors house and figures out that this single man was the father of the deceased girl and her mother. the man had murdered his wife and his daughter and kept it a secret. Neil and his sister ran to safety and were safe.
I gave this book a four star rating because it was very good. I had a great rising action that kept you interested. the climax was the best part. the adventures he went on were so cool. I love all of Dan Pablockis horror stories.

Chicken soup for the teenage soul 2 is a book with many inspiring stories. There are many sections on where you can learn new things and discover too. Some things in this book are really sad while others may be happy. many stories are short with great messages. some stories really keep your spirits up and make you feel great. the book has so many awesome stories you'll love.
This book was really good. the stories had perfect imagery. I could see everything. I gave this 5 stars because I love it lots. I would have never thought people could have gone through such horrible things. I feel like the stories are really inspirational and help readers be more confident about themselves.

the fault in our stars is a book about hazel grace. hazels mom thinks hazel is depressed so she sends her to a therapy group. the group has a lot of kids who have cancer like hazel. hazel has lung cancer. hazel meets Augustus and falls in love. hazel loves the book an imperial affliction and decides to go to Amsterdam. the book author ended up being a jerk in their minds. Augustus was soon sick again with his cancer. Augustus died and hazel read the note he was supposed to read at her funeral.
this book was a really great book. the way hazel and Augustus loves each other was described very well. I was really interested. all of my friends said it was really good and I thought so to. I also loved the movie. the way everyone treats each other was really cool.

A child called it is a book about Dave Pelzer. Dave was abused throughout his life. Dave's mom was a sweet and kind mother until Dave entered kindergarten. Dave's mom was an alcoholic and was very abusive. Dave's mother stabbed, burned, and beat him. His father did nothing about this. Dave realized that he could beat his mothers cruel games. Dave stole food and did his chores well so he could have dinner. this case was the third worst abuse case in California. He finally escaped after the fifth grade.
This book written by Dave himself was an amazing book. The courage Dave had kept him alive. he knew he could be his mothers awful games. I gave this book 5 stars because it had a good message. it also told you about how bad child abuse can be. This book was very touching and was super good. it was so interesting. I learned how bad some of the things people do. I couldn't put it down. This book is now one of my favorites.

Raphe is a new kid going to a new middle school. on the first day Raphe is good but has a bad day. He met a bully he would have to face all year. When raphe goes to an assembly he starts a new game for him. The game is to break all of the rules in the school handbook in one year. Raphe makes charts full of points and the rules he has to break. All goes well until Raphes mom starts to see his grades going down and how many detentions he's been getting. Raphe thinks what he is doing a bad thing and is hurting his family. One of his teachers shows him a new school to go to and Raphe accepts.

This book is a very funny book. I think it has a good message. you don't have to be bad to be cool. The way this book is written is hilarious. I laughed out loud so many times. I gave this book five stars. I give a lot of books five stars, but this one really deserves it. I think all kids who are in middle school or are going to be transitioning in to middle school, should read this awesome book.

This book starts when Percy wakes up near a roman camp. Reyna, Frank, an Hazel take him in and show him through the camp. Percy belongs to another camp and the people there are looking for him. Percy,Frank, and Hazel have to go on a quest to fight the giants and free Thanotos. They go through many places on the way like the goddess Iris and her organic shop. Once they get to the giants camp they see thanotos. They split up and try to free. They do free him. When the friends are back at camp all of percys friends come.
This book is Awesome. It is full of adventure and fun.I rated this book five stars because it is so good.I think that everyone should read this. I love this book. This book took me a while to read but i love it so much.

America is chosen to compete for Maxon heart in the selection. She must say goodbye to everyone, including her boyfriend, Aspen. America started to go on a lot of dates With Maxon and she seemed to like him. Maxon started to kick girls out. The castle got attacked a lot and a lot of girls had asked to leave. in the end there was supposed to be 10 girls but there ended up only being 6 girls. America is one of them.
This book was amazing. I think all girls should read it. I gave it five stars because it was one of the best books I have ever read. I wish the book was mine so I could read it over and over again. now I need to move on to the next book, which I think will be great.

Confetti girl is a book about a middle schooler named Lina. Lina has a deceased mom and she likes to collect books. Her dad read a lot to get over his sadness. Lina and her best friend Vanesa like some boys. Vanesa end up dating someone and Vanesa's single father then gets a girlfriend. Vanessa's mother is still single and has an obsession with casconrones. At the end Lina and her crush become good friend and linas dad come out of reading and meets new people.
I though confetti girl was a great book. It was really cute and interesting. It had some parts that were a little slow. but then it totally redeemed itself by adding spunk in the next sentence. this book was a four and a half stars. it was good but there were those moments.

Finally 12 is about Rory (a girl) who cant wait to be 12. When she was little she always asked her parents for pets, makeup, and babysitting jobs. They always say when your twelve.When She turned twelve she got her wish.At her school they were going to film a movie there and people from scholl were going to be a part of the cast.Rory was chosen for the act.Thats when the disaster started. She asked to shave her legs.She had a huge gash the next day for the movie. She asked to were contacts and scratched her cornia. she had to wera an eye patch and ended up getting hurt by the locker agaain in the book.
I thought this book was amazing. I gave it five stars. It kept me intrested and I could not put the book down.I think all twelve year old girls should read this book. This book was very funny and I adore it. After I read this I put it in the category of my favorite books.People should definatley read it>

Wonder is a book about a deformed child named August.Augusts mother decides he should go to school. When August goes to school he has to survive the terrors of bullying.The one day he doesnt have to show his face is Halloween. when he shows up on Halloween wearing the bloody scream mask, his best friend jack even talks about him behind his back. August and Jack make up for the big misunderstanding.August then lives a happy life. for the most part.
I thought that wonder was a great book.It is inspiring. It really touched me. I thought that everyone should read this. i gave this book a five star rating. Best book ever.
