The contents page and layout of the book is clear and informative in all areas that will help you through all your sections. The print is bold and there are lots of diagrams and photographs that compliment the read. I highly recommend this book as it helped me when writing reflective journals and answering questions related to Health and Social care for example the therapeutic benefits to people's well being through structured and everyday activities.
