5 stars. I really enjoyed this book. If felt like something exciting was happening in every chapter. The back and forth between good and evil was well balanced. This is one I would recommend to others.

Loved this book. Initially, it reminded me of The Inheritance Games series, but I soon found out that it is different. Almost the entire time, I thought I had it figured out, but the author does a great job of keeping you on your toes. Definitely a book I will be recommending to others!

Wow. I haven’t read a book that gripped my attention as much as this one in a long time. I loved how the author went back and forth, between the past and the present. I felt heartache, fear, happiness, sadness, and many emotions in between. I struggled to put the book down. And when I did, I was thinking about the next time I could pick it up.

I would give this book 3 stars. It is the sequel to a book titled Alaska Deadly, which I have not read. Alaska Bloodlust can be read as a standalone. I enjoyed the storyline of the book, but I often felt that there were a lot of “filler” words. There were a lot of descriptive words that seemed unnecessary.

Yes! As a mother of 2, I often found myself nodding my head in agreement with the stories the author, Amy Martin, was telling in this book. I felt seen as she shared moments of frustration, worry, joy, and the feeling of uncertainty that comes along with motherhood. I recommend this book all mothers, whether your pregnant with your first or your babies now have babies.
