I read this book with my library book club. (tween and teens book club) I have heard a lot of good things about marie Lu. I have to say I wasn't disappointed, but was hoping for it to move a little faster. I fell in love with the characters and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

I've been a Cassandra Clare fan for a long time now.. I have just about all her books. My favorite being the infernal devices, so when I heard of the chain of gold series and how it goes back to Will and Tessa Herondales children, I hot sooo excited and of course purchase the book on Amazon. I half way through the last hour and I had to say it but I'm disappointed 🙁. The book is moving at a very slow pace. Theirs so many characters on one page, you get lost in who or what story your following. I will post more when I finish the book
