The story line is different but captivating. Jun is a strong female lead, who is a magician. Jun doesn’t know she is a magician and causes an earth quake. Which leads to Nikolai hunting Jun. As Jun accidentally stops time, Nikolai begins to question his job (killing magicians). Toward the end of the story, romantic feelings begin to blossom between the two characters.
Sometimes the chapters are dragged out but overall the book was good.
