French Kids Eat Everything: How Our Family Moved to France, Cured Picky Eating, Banned Snacking, and Discovered 10 Simple Rules for Raising Happy, Healthy Eaters by Karen Le Billon
A very interesting book. My sympathy for what a parent has to face trying to teach healthy eating habits to their children today. I also think this book would make a wonderful addition to French class to help students for French language and culture understand the French perspective.
A creepy, well written mystery that is a perfect October read. A great blend of supernatural and mystery.
Interesting ghost story sprinkled with a little history of the city and church in Illinois.
Jane Madison is a young librarian facing a pay cut due to lack of funding. Forced to move into a cottage on the library grounds to save money, she discovers a cache of books on witchcraft. She now has to balance out learning to be a responsible witch while navigating dating, a family reunion, and problems at work.
This book is a quick, pleasant read that was a nice change of pace. The characters are likable and realistic. I liked the book and characters well enough to check out the second book in the series, Sorcery and the Single Girl.

Simply the scariest words written in the English language:
"About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was part of him -- and I didn't know how potent that part might be -- that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally, irrevocably in love with him."
especially if you have a daughter.
If you have a twisted sense of humor, then this is a pleasant read. The girl loves someone she knows could kill her. A hundred year old man wants nothing more than to hang out in high school over and over and over again. He's a stalker who stalks his victim right under the nose of her father, the sheriff.

Room At the Inn is Jeff Resnick mystery #5 takes place before Bound by Suggestion. You probably should be read it before Bound by Suggestion as there are references to that story in this book.
The Annotated Sherlock Holmes: The Four Novels and the Fifty-Six Short Stories Complete [2-Volume Set, Illustrated with Drawings] by Arthur Conan Doyle
I got this book as a child and loved it! All my favorite stories with explanations to the little references that didn't make sense to me at the time. Nearly 40 years later, I still treasure it.
The stuffed pita pockets remain a family favorite for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. I made the broccoli and mushroom quiche for my sister's wedding shower. This cookbook remains a favorite even after 20 years.
An excellent series. You may want to read Room at the Inn first. That book was published fifth but takes place before Cheated by Death.
