Abstract:
This pamphlet, video, and CD-ROM package provides guidelines to consider as humanitarian assistance JTFs are organized and deployed. The video tape chronicles many of the macro level experiences of personnel involved in Operation SEA SIGNAL--recent Cuban migrant operation at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The CD-ROM provides a comprehensive, interactive data base utilizing lessons learned from Operation SEA SIGNAL as a foundation to assist in future humanitarian assistance operations.
