Interesting story and characters. Found the style hard to get used to.
Loved this! The story line is a bit convoluted, but it doesn't matter as the characters are brilliant!
Can't wait to get to know Myron and Win better!

How to Kill Men and Get Away With It: A deliciously dark, hilariously twisted debut psychological thriller, about friendship, love and murder for 2023! by Katy Brent
Dark and challenging, but with lots of witty moments.
A really blunt commentary on the often appalling attitudes towards women and the all too prevalent sexual abuse and violence against women.
This girl has had enough and doing something about it!
Very compelling read.

Really couldn't get into this at all. Didn't enjoy the writing style and it just felt really waffly and rambling. Didn't actually finish it, got to about 80% and just gave up, wasn't even interested in seeing how it ended.
I know it's supposed to be a classic, but definitely not for me.

Close to Death: the BRAND NEW Sunday Times bestseller, a mind-bending murder mystery from the bestselling crime writer: 5 (Hawthorne, 5) by Anthony Horowitz
Good plot line but really struggled with the different perspectives.
Loved it!!!

Loved this! It wasn't what I was expecting but I really enjoyed the way the story developed. Loved the character of Anna and how strong she is.
The One You Love: Emma Holden Suspense Mystery Trilogy: Book One (Emma Holden Trilogy) by Paul Pilkington
Loved this! Really gripping and fast paced. Could barely put it down. Kept me guessing right up to the end.
Would have happily finished it in a weekend if real life didn't get in the way

A perfect reminder of why I love James Patterson! Fast paced with lots of twists and turns, would have happily read it in a weekend if I could.
Slow burn but really picked up from about half way.
Very slow to get into. Worth pushing on for the twists towards the end, but was hard work.
