Eat Pray Love took me a while to actually appreciate. I started it in July, put it down and started it again where I left off in December. I don't know why it didn't click right off the bat but it didn't. At the holidays it struck a nerve and finished in two sittings. I got the most out of India, but became hopeful for myself even in the the last section. Well worth the effort to read.
