What this author does best is love scenes and emotional moments, two things Iparticularly like. I think she could improve the first few chapters (no idea how) because other than the first page I found it hard to get into. Once I got into it however, I enjoyed this regency romance.

"In the marvelous tradition of Marion Zimmer Bradley, here is an exciting space adventure epic, with the heart of Orson Scott Card's ENDER series, the soul of Frank
Herbert's DUNE -- and yet, much more that is startling and controversial!"
