This book didn't excite me as the mom very much. There's not much of a storyline to it. However, my kids (6&4) were enthralled. It did give some accurate and different information about being a firefighter. There are some books that I will not read to my kids, but I will read this one again to them. I acquired this book and will keep this book, but it's not one I would buy.

Beautiful pictures and colors. Lots of different animals and some great vocabulary! The story itself didn't do much for me, but we will keep reading it for the illustrations and vocabulary.
