This book is a genuinely entertaining read, and one that I would recommend to anyone looking for an engaging way to spend a few summer afternoons. Though the plot is at times unbelievable, it doesn't need to be: as the reader accompanies Bella on her journey, they become invested in her story as well as that of her 'sisters'.

Her readers are opened to her life both by the parts of her story she chooses to share and those details she leaves out - the sorrows are made clearer by their surrounding, resounding absence. This is an excellent read for anyone looking for more diverse poetry reads.
