It was a struggle to finish this book. It seems as though the message the author is sending, is very one-sided. There are so many conflicting topics that are brought up.
The pros:
1. If a person is seeking understanding of Hinduism and Reincarnation, this would be the place to start. It was very informational about the stance the believe takes and helps you further understand what the belief is all about.
2. There was a lot of questions that I had about reincarnation prior to reading this book.
3. As long as you are open-minded and looking for something different to believe in other than what you have known before, this is the book.

The cons:
1. I had such a hard time following along and it became more of an annoyance than anything with the grammar errors. I know that the author puts out her disclaimer at the beginning of the book that she isn't so much of a writer, but I am not either and that is all I could focus on for a long time.
2. There were too many contradictions with some of the examples that the author used.
3. It didn't seem like the author understood other religions to be able to make those comparisons.
4. There were so many times that the author would bring up the same points and topics, just to make the book "bigger."

All in all, if you are open-minded and seeking new faith, this might be what you are looking for. It seems as though the author was trying to sway my opinion and have me buy into what she was talking about. Either way, I didn't understand the point show more of this book. I may have received it more openly, had it been from the perspective of informational. I believe this book could have been condensed into one chapter and still covered all that the author did. It seemed like a huge run-on sentence. Thank you for the personal note at the beginning. show less
