A clearly written book on the take of what I have come to call the upside down triangle (I did not originate such a term)...where leadership makes resources available to the lower ranks of the corporate ladder in order to allow those on the front lines make the decisions necessary to succeed. I enjoy the study leadership and business. As books go, some are regurgitated in order to sell, some are just genuine (but inescapable to some of the theories of Peter Drucker: AKA Father of Management), this book is definitely genuine and because it is written by a professor has the feel more of an essay than a book.
