"The Forest of Hands and Teeth" by Carrie Ryan is a good book. In the book, Mary is stuck in her village which is surrounded by fences and the forest. She lives in a mysterious place. The book is filled with excitement. "The Forest of Hands and Teeth" is a great book.
"Small Steps" by Louis Sachar is a great book. It's a story about a group of kids that go to a concert and have an odd experience. The book is filled with twists, mostly in the end, when it gets filled with action. When a gruesome fight leads to death. "Small Steps" is a fantastic book.
"Catching Fire" by Suzanne Collins was a good addition to "The Hunger Games". Katniss and the other competitors get sent back to another round of the games by a cruel guy named President Snow. The kids go through another gruesome series of games. The book is filled with action and is very interesting, but I found it hard to understand. It might just be me but it seemed very confusing. Over all, "Catching Fire" was a very good book.
"The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins was by far the best book I have ever read in my life. It was filled with action and excitement.
"The Hunger Games" is about kids from different districts fighting eachother to their deaths. They fight until there is a last man standing. As it sounds, the book is great. It's one of those books that you don't want to put down once you pick it up. The sick and twisted outline of the story is what makes it so good. The kids either cheating death, or having a horrible death make the book very exciting.
I would recommend "The Hunger Games" to anybody who likes action, excitement, or who just wants to read a great book. "The Hunger Games is definetely one of the best books out there.
"Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter" by Seth Grahame-Smith was one of the best books that i have ever read. It is action packed and filled with excitement. It is also unique because it mixes action with history.
Abraham Lincoln, our past president, fighting vampires is very interesting. The book is filled with vampires heads being chopped off by Abe and his axe. There are many parts that make you anxious to see what will happen next. Wether its someone dying or Abe cheating death while being in a gruesome fight with a blood thirsty vampire.
"Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter" was a great book. I reccomend it to both history and action fans.

“The Old Man and the Sea” by Ernest Hemmingway was a very good book. It was exciting because it always keeps you wondering what will happen next. It can get boring in some parts but other than that it is a great book.
In the story there is an old man that spends all of his time fishing. A little boy that lives up the street from him helps the old man out by getting him water and some food to keep him healthy. They have a very good friendship and they always count on each other. The old man goes months without catching anything but he refuses to give up. The book gets a little boring towards the middle because every day the old man does the same thing. He wakes up, goes fishing, and comes back home with nothing. It may be boring in the middle, but the end gets exciting. He finally catches a fish.
Being a fisherman myself made this book much more interesting and understanding. It was easier to understand because I knew what the fishing equipment was and looked like. It helped me get through the book easier. I would definitely recommend this book to a fisherman.
Overall, “The Old Man and the Sea” was a fantastic book. I enjoyed it and hope to read more books as good as it in the future.
