Vanity published book. This is not much more than a bunch of addresses compiled from phone directories along with very general information that is not very pertinent to the specific family name in question. It's just generic content done so the publisher could make money from selling books to persons who were inspired by Alex Haley's Roots miniseries to uncover their own family history. The problem is this book is not going to help persons find their own family history.
