botany, Holland, personal relationships, family relationships
I enjoyed this book, as it delved into the quirky personality of Britt-Marie, the snooty neighbor from "My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry." I probably would have enjoyed it less had I not read the first book, but it was great to get a deeper understanding of Britt-Marie and a good reminder that things, and people, are not always how they first appear.
Best book I've read in 2018. A touching story about a grandmother and her relationship with her precocious granddaughter, Elsa, as well the interesting cast of characters that weave their way in and out of their lives. Laughter, tears, sometimes at the same time. Everyone has a story ...
