As an inventor and patent owner myself, I found this book to be an invaluable guide to anyone wanting to know the patent game—which is a jungle, as Leon explains. His book is like a road map, giving each (tortured) step in applying for a patent. Fewer than half of all patent applications actually receive a patent and Leon’s book increases your chances of receiving one. Giving pointers when to hold or fold, Leon gives straight forward answers to such questions as: Should you hire a lawyer? How to tell a good lawyer. Should you do the patent search yourself? How to understand the jargon of the patent examiner. These and many other questions are answered in this user-friendly book.
